Fencing Service
Hired and paid $1300 towards fence job 8/13/08. I was told it would be done by 9/01/08. Nothing at all was done by then. Called and was given excuses. Was told it would be done in a week. More excuses. including, rain, home depot gave them the wrong material, worker got poison ivy, Home Depot did not have material, Someone ran off with material ,ETC. They did did 10 post holes and install aprx 7posts. during the 2months 2 weeks they had my money. I had to bring them to small claims court. In January I was awarded $947.00 to be refunded to me. He has yet to pay me. I have called the owner 3 times and each time he said he will have his assistant check on it, his CPA check on it or he will call me back. I have now filed an abstract of judgment to put liens on his property. Never ever use these people Their claims of honest Christian people are False!
