They always do an excellent job at body-work, they're prompt and they stay in contact, but they don't drive you crazy. Insurance covered it most of the time, but the last time we actually did it ourselves and the price seemed reasonable for what the work is. We've used them for so long because our insurance uses them and because they do good work that we're always happy with. We never have any problems afterward.

USAA Insurance made the recommendation to use Caliber Collision. I was immediately impressed with them. Shop was clean, I had conversations with one service provider every time I called. They did a fantastic job diagnosing the damage, and the repair was truly better than the original in fit! They called and talked to me at every step to make sure I understood what was going on, and provided very good advice as well as service.

They worked with my insurance and stayed within budget. They also have an enterprise rent-a-car next door. Chris Arnold is the service advisor I worked with, and he did a great job. I basically just had to show up, and they took care of the rest. The staff is very helpful and easy to work with. Overall it was a great experience.

When I first called Caliber, I was instructed to fax over the estimate so the parts could be ordered. I would then be called back with a drop-off date. After a few days of not hearing from anyone, I called back and left another message. I left another message a couple of days later after still getting no response. Finally, after a week and a half with no response, someone called me back with the drop off date. The first couple of days the car was with Calibur was just plain irritating. They couldn't find the key, they lost the estimate, we couldn't get confirmation of when they expected the work to be finished. Then, after the work was done, they called to say we needed to come back to sign some form, only to tell us later it wasn't necessary. While the work they did was fine, they were just very disorganized. If a decent job is all you are looking for and don t mind some aggravation, I guess you wouldn t mind going to Calibur.

The quality of the work is quite good, with a lifetime guarantee associated with my insurance company. The cost of what appeared to me to be a pretty minor amount of work was breath-taking, but I suspect I'm just out of it. Good counter support, and the agent (Stason) always returned my calls, but it took somewhat longer than expected (about 3 weeks). After missing the due-by date several times, eventually there simply wasn't any credibility in his completion estimate. First it was taking a long time to get the bumper, and then it was damaged when it arrived, and then damaged again, etc. Once received, it only took a few days. All this time I didn't have a car, and if he had just been straight with me I would have arranged things differently. I suspect that it just took that long to make it into the queue, but who knows? Not me, as it turned out. If he had just said up front "It will take 3 weeks to get your car back" I would have been fine.
