Our A/C went out in the afternoon, and before sunset they came to take a look at unit. It didn't take them long to find the problem, give us details on changing parts or buying a new unit. It was in our best interest to replace the whole unit as ours was 14yrs old. They quickly found 2 units and let us choose which was more affordable to us. The turn around on replacing the unit and hauling off the old one was a total of 3 days. Blast AC was very professional and knowledgeable of products and work. I highly recommend them.

He determined the problem right away.  The part that went bad was under
warranty so he said he'd have to order it & come back to put it in. 
However, he got us up & running for the interim.

It wasn't a complicated problem, but he did what needed to be done efficiently and pleasantly. I wouldn't have expected anything differently, as 4 Seasons' owner (?) is my neighbor and a good guy. He came over, did the work, charged me a very reasonable amount. I don't have any idea what the going rate is, but he charged what I'd think would be a good rate for a diagnostic call alone.
