They came out and measured, designed, built and installed a drive way gate for me. They did a great job and it worked well for years. After a couple of years or so the main support pole sagged a bit due to the earth shifting. They offered to come look at it and did. They then said they would take care of it and fix it. No charge. I thought that was excellent and they did a great job and its worked well ever since. I have referred them to many friends and even used them several times again on other properties and I have only had positive things to say about them. Great company and great work each and every time.

They were about 1,000 cheaper then lowes and offered a longer warranty. They did an excellent job and we have been very happy with the fence so far.

I looked up this company on Angie's list and their rating was decent. So I called and scheduled a quote. Nathan came out, asked a few questions and then informed me that he would be sending an email with the quote the following day. I did not receive the quote Giving him the benefit of doubt I decided to send an email (just in case he could not read my writing) letting him know that I was waiting on his quote before I made a decision. It's been a week and three days and I still have no quote A thanks but no thanks from him would have been better than the no communication. It's like a slap in the face.

Great experience from start to finish. Arrived promptly, worked hard, cleaned up well. Removed large tree branches as needed without extra charge. New fence is beautiful!

We recently contacted this company to get a quote for a new fence installation. The representative arrived on the date and time expected and seemed to be a nice guy. He requested that we send him an e-mail so he'd have an e-mail address to which to send the quote within a few days. It has been 9 full business days (12 calendar days) since his visit and we've neither received an e-mail nor a phone call. Needless to say, we'll have our fence installed by another company.

The removal of all fencing for all four properties began on a Tuesday. All contractor grade fencing was dismantled, and removed. All old edging, that was used to keep our dogs from digging under the fence, was also removed. This was accomplished in a matter of hours. When I arrived home the post holes were being dug and the setting of the steel posts had begun. I could not believe the efficiency and intensity of the work when the setting of the posts began. As the posts went in, I watched the accuracy and alignment and was truly amazed at the alignment of each post. The tops of each of the rear fence posts was perfectly bisected by the masonry line showing just how accurate the job was. As the day ended, all of the posts were in the ground and set in concrete. Curing time for the concrete was 24-36 hours and depending on conditions can take as long as 48 hours. Work on the fence construction began on Thursday morning with them working from one side of the properties and moving in a line. they finished just short of 2 homes on Thursday and returned Friday morning to finish up the last of the fence work. Installation of the rot/kick board and stringers take place first and then hanging of the pickets. The pickets go up with amazing speed and the jig they used to keep everything in alignment worked fantastically. The entire fence is level across all properties and I have spoken to all of my neighbors and all are EXTREMELY pleased with the work that Rustic performed.

I contacted multiple fencing companies for quotes on a new fence. Rustic was the only one to call me back and/or honor their appointment time. To be fair, one company had actually quoted the exact same fence for the previous home owners only 3 months earlier, so he didn't really need to come out, so he just gave me the quote over the phone. I was impressed with Rustic's professionalism, quality, and speed of service. I went with many of the recommendations of the company representative that came out to give the quote and I couldn't be happier with the fence. I chose 6 inch wide cedar planks with a kick board at the bottom to reduce rot and keep dogs from digging under and damaging the fence as easily. Overall, I would have liked if Rustic had been a little cheaper, but I believe you often get what you pay for and I got a great fence in a matter of a few days.

The two crews were polite, quick and efficient in their work. No problems encountered. It has now been a few years and the fence still looks great (has changed to a nice shading of weathered gray). No pickets have come loose or deformed.

They did a good job. It was good. We told a service provider what we wanted but we were the ones who picked them, so we knew what we were going to pay. They stayed on their mark so they just topped it on us. The quality of work was real good. It was definitely worth the money I paid. They were good in terms of responsiveness and punctuality. They were real good in terms of professionalism. I would use their services again in the future. We are going to have the other side done so we will probably call them.

Quote and specifications required a few iterations to ensure everyone clearly understood the details of the project. Small issue with placement of rear fence posts was cleared up in minutes. Wood fence around a/c unit looks robust enough to use it as a storm shelter. Iron fences are beautiful, well constructed units. Overall job exceeds expectations.

The end result was nice. They started putting the fence incorrectly and I had to correct them. They had to tear it all down and get new materials. It didn’t impact us. They didn’t speak English except for one of them. Though he didn’t argue with me, he didn’t believe me when I questioned them. They did fix the issue and did a nice job. I would recommend them. The sales person was very good and professional.

The guy I spoke with stated that he thought it was two. I advised him that I checked the second post and it was secure. He stated it was only 20$ more to get two and I should go ahead and get the second post replaced. I was very surprised. I did NOT expect to have to pay for a post that was not even broken! I decided NOT to get work done that was NOT needed~

Their salesman/estimator promised a bid by email "tomorrow" on 03/02/2011. His bid came via email nearly 48 hours later- a full 24 hours past due. Our concern was if you do not get your bid to us in the time frame you specified, will your work be performed with the same lack of punctuality? We chose another contractor.

Overall it did not go well. Nobody likes to be ignored. Call me at least and tell me it may be a couple days or you don't do vinyl fences. I call it common courtesy. Update it's Dec 28th still no call. 1/14/2010 Update My new vinyl fence is done by another company. Well RUSTIC as the saying goes Snooze you lose!

The bid was provided promptly. The price was the lowest of three bids secured. The work started promptly and was completed ahead of schedule. The work was done by company employees, not subcontractors. The quality of the work exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend Rustic Fence Specialists.

It?s a local Arlington company and they did a superb job. It was a really quality job.

They were reliable and they did a good job with the replacement. I worked with three or four fence companies for estimates and chose to go with them. They did a very good job.

Ben was prompt and gave an estimate which I signed on the spot after he wrote the contract. Alfredo installed the gate and replaced pickets. Alfredo did an excellent job and the gate is very sturdy. The existing fence was installed may years ago also by Rustic and has held up nicely. I would not hesitate to use them in the future.

They are the best around. The quality of their work is superb and they are priced reasonably too. We live on the side of a hill and the work was challenging for them. They were recommended to us by a close friend who had worked for them in the past.

Overall I was pleased with their professionalism.

The representative for this part of Arlington is really nice (Todd Nelson). I was a bit disappointed that they would not cut a deal since they originally installed this fence, but they did come down ten dollars. They did so a great job and did it on time and at the quoted price. They stated they checked the rest of the fence and it was fine (although there is now another one leaning....this may just be due to the setting of the new post). Todd is really nice and very professional. I was not home when they did it and was pleased when I came home and it was done. I am hoping the other post will be significantly lower in price since I think the movement from the setting of this one may have contributed to it leaning. I did not have any problems with them contacting me and Todd even emailed me to confirm.

Estimate done and then unable to reach them again. Multiple calls to estmator and office with none returned. A complete waste of my time.

Came out to look at project and then disappeared. Multiple phone calls not answered. When I asked at the office if someone else could come out, I was told there was only one person per area and I would have to wait.

They did good work with it. They gave us a list of services that could seal the fence for us once it was completed. They were average in cost, not overly expensive. They were very good about corresponding through email to keep us updated and informed. We asked for several changes in one of the gates, and they were willing to work with us on that.
