Terrible experience. Treated badly. Pain control no concern to them at all. Hospital administrator unconcerned when contacted which explains a lot. This place should be closed down or revamp the crappy staff

If you would like to have very unprofessional and rude employees, dirty run down rooms, and to be charged for labs that were never preformed. Plus have them refuse to give you an itemized breakdown of visit and have them argue with you about it in front of your sick child while the nurses are smooching at the nurses station. Then this is the place for you. Otherwise I say BEWARE these people are ridiculous. You and your family deserve to be comfortable while seeing a doctor and not treated like you are an incompetent criminal. Please I beg you to choose wisely and if any of my family is ever sick Again, I can guarantee we will not step foot in this place.

The appointment went well. I did not have to wait too long. Dr Hunter took time to explain things and answer all of my questions.

I was not trated nicely. The staff (except for a few) were rude and uncaring. Pain control was totally unimportant to them which is really bad when you have had a kidney cut out

The staff of the emergency room were competent, caring, and kept us frequently informed of what was going on and what would be done to help us make a diagnosis.

I don't have much good to say about them other than they're close.  I was misdiagnosed after I was admitted for care.  I would try not to go there again.

It was a great experience. Microfracture surgery is always an uncertain surgery as for the outcome, but I am very happy with mine. My knee feels great. I even went skiing 12 weeks after the surgery! The nurses were great, explained everything to me fully, answered all of my questions, and got me ready for the operating room. Next thing I knew I was in the recovery room where they got me out of my fog and on the way home. I can't think of anything they could have done better so I highly recommend them.

Overall it was a great experience. The nurses and anesthesiologist were very friendly and got me prepared for the surgery. The recovery room was pleasant, and I was out of there same day. The hardest part was that I couldn't eat anything! After the surgery I rehabbed at TMI in MCA and was very pleased with the results. Having had a lateral release years ago on my other knee, I was familiar with the procedure, but I was not aware of how much more severe the microfracture procedure was when added to the operation. That said the rehab went very well. I had surgery in early January and went skiing in late March so needless to say it was a big success!?

The physicians and staff at this hospital are amazing. They have an absolutely top notch facility. They had everything I needed. They were very respectful of what I wanted to do.

Went very well Receptionist got us in to see a nurse and then physician very quickly, she filled out the paperwork for us which was nice in an emergency situation. Nurse who did intake was fast and thorough. We encountered yet another 2 nurses in the Emergency Room we were assigned. Both were courteous, but one was very thoughtful. He addressed our concerns and brought up some positive things with regards to our son's condition that we had no knowledge of. This was very helpful for us with so many unknowns to consider with regards to our son's condition at the time. The physician who diagnosed our son was knowledgeable, he could have been a bit more personable, but he was polite.

Hospital seems pretty well organized in general. Some staff difficult to understand but most displayed care and professionalism. Housekeeping could care less about how much noise they make in the halls during the night. Food was excellent, hot, and on time. I was in the older section of the hospital which is very dreary. The newer rooms are much more cheerful for recuperation.

They were in a real good spirit. Some of the things they did just amazed me. I hated to leave because of their kind manners, but I just hated the therapy. I still think about them.
