Driver showed up as promised in about 30 minutes with a flatbed tow truck and towed my car carefully to Don Davis Ford in Arlington. Very good and punctual company. They accept credit card which is a big plus. Will recommend them to everyone I know.

The main number goes directly to a cell phone; whoever answered seemed to be on a call. I was instructed to text my address and assured they would be available within the hour. When that hour was almost over, they called back to say it would be closer to 4pm (another hour later), but I told them to proceed. The driver who arrived was very friendly and worked with me to address any concerns. He moved pretty quickly, avoided blocking my narrow street. We departed at the same time for our destination, but he arrived several minutes after me (I got stopped at a light and he was trying to wait for me, but we ended up taking different routes). I was displeased with the person on the phone, but the driver was excellent in every way.

My Firebird needed to get from my home in Grand Prairie to the shop in Garland. They came early, but called first to confirm it was ok, and the driver was very pleasant. I also requested a flatbed truck which they provided. He had the car hooked up and ready to go in less than 10 minutes. Wonderful service!

I contacted Express Towing in Arlington (817.706.9285) at approximately 8:00 pm on 5/30/2015 after my car broke down, while driving in Grand Prairie, and would no longer start. I was told that it may be as long as 2 hours before they could arrive. After waiting over 4 hours (after midnight) with no news from the company, I called to find out what the problem was. He even asked me if I still wanted it towed. (If I didn't want it towed, I wouldn't have called at 8:00 and been waiting on them for over 4 hours). He did not know the status, so he called me back. He called back and explained that it would be another 2 1/2 hours, if then, that they could come tow my car. So, essentially, if I wanted them to tow it, I would be lucky if they would arrive over 6 1/2 hours after I called. I cancelled my tow request and explained to him that I'm sure there were other companies that I could call and I would never call them again. UPDATE: Right after submitting the above comments, Express Towing called me back, expressed their apologies and arranged for an alternate driver/truck. Actually, it was the guy that had been on the phone with me. He felt so badly about the service that I had been given that he came and did it himself. He was polite, apologetic, and did a good job. I have changed my all "F" rating to be higher to reflect his service. I kept the "F" rating for responsiveness and punctuality because it still took almost 6 hours from my first call to get the car towed,

My Ford Expedition got overheated in Arlington ,I needed to tow my it to car repair shop. I searched around on google and yelp since I was worried about the price because I had talked to a company that tows for Arlington Police Department and they have me a crazy price. I called Express towing and they gave me an exact quote because they knew where I was located and where I was going. The driver arrived on time and was very friendly and professional. They also offered me a ride to the repair shop. If I need to tow my car in the future, I will call them again.

Called them on a Monday morning when my car broke down on highway 360 in Arlington. They answered promptly and the dispatch told me somebody will be at my location in around 30 min. The driver towed my car to a dealership about 10 miles away. Paid them via credit card which I found pretty convenient since I didn't have cash on me. The driver was very nice and knowledgeable. It's nice to find quality service like this. I definitely recommend this company
