They are awesome and I have my pet groomed by the same groomer about every 6 weeks. I don't think their prices are expensive for what they do. Their responsiveness is good and I have no complaints. We even tip her because she is that good; our dog just loves her. Our dog is a Siberian Husky, a large dog. They have one person that does large dogs and she is totally wonderful. My dog has a bit of a bulging disk and she bathes him on the floor; she takes good care of him. They even put a red and green party collar on him the last time because he got his bath in December; I thought it was pretty cool.
