Terrible. My selling experience was a complete 180 from my buying experience.
Never had showings scheduled, no open houses, neighbors called me on numerous occasions to inform me that the flier box was empty. Called to ask them to refill the box and they never did show up.
The price was high for the market (12 months after buying it I was $20,000+ upside down like many others since the market was (is) in the toilet), but they did absolutely nothing to assist with finding a legitimate buyer I could possibly work out a price with. Only offer was some shady deal where they wanted me to "sell" someone my house (i.e. put it in their name) while maintaining the loan in MY name since the "buyer" couldn't qualify to buy it. Should my bank find out they could call the entire note due.
Not a chance in heck!!
Also, agent was constantly bugging me about investing in his own private venture and referring my friends to invest. I got the impression he was extremely overextended in his personal comittments and interests and just didn't have enough hours in the day to do his job as a real estate agent.
Switched agents and she found a tenant to lease it within 10 days.

They took deposits and applications with out authorization. They worked with the previous tenant to help vacate and default the in-place lease agreement.
