Major Renovation Multiple Room Service
I have used Settlemir Construction numerous times. I have been in real estate management since 1987. I have had Johnny and his crew work on my personal home and on rental cabins that I own. They have installed new metal roofs, new interior framing, sheet rock, T&G installation, new wood trim, new decks, etc. Johnny does what he says he will do, does it with quality workmanship, his rates are very reasonable, and he is honest to the core. I would not hesitate to recommend Settlemir Construction. If there were more people like Johnny in the world it would surely be a better place. Tim Stagg

Asphalt Shingle Roofing Installation and Replacement
They were prompt at giving quote and then getting the job done. It only took one full day to scrape off the old roof and to install the felt and architectural shingles. They did a thorough clean-up also.

Metal Roofing Installation and Replacement
We hired Settlemir Construction for several jobs at our new home, These jobs included moving a garage, new windows, siding, new metal roof, and installing a water heater, water softener and purification system. Each job was done to the highest standard in a professional and timely manner. His prices were very reasonable. I would not hesitate to call him in the event I needed anything else done.
