The crew is nice enough but with all the cracked and chipped window frames, broken glass, and nails and screw that were left behind for me to clean up, I can't recommend them. I'm really not sure what kind of insulation is used for sliders, but I know whatever was supposed to go under my wasn't there. The room/draft was colder than my 40 yr old slider! It seems that the only barrier to outside was a piece of weatherstripping.
