The Drapers (David and father Brian) of Jet Black of Tennessee provided an absolutely outstanding job of crack repair and sealing on our very old (30+ years) asphalt driveway. The driveway was in disrepair, with moss and cracks, and the east Tennessee weather was decidedly uncooperative, but the team at Jet Black persisted and found a dry season that worked for me. Brian went out of his way to make certain the old asphalt surface was cleaned and prepped for the sealant, and David and crew did a great job of crack repair with hot compound. Both Dave Draper and his father stayed in contact with me throughout the project. I have never had better communication than I had with the Drapers in any project I have had done at my home. From the first phone call until completion it was a great business experience. A repair had to be done on my driveway that I thought would surely show even if I had it repaired. The team that worked on my drive was able to repair it beautifully. No sign of the previous damage! My driveway is beautiful! We hired Jet Black for an asphalt driveway seal-coat job. Dave Draper was our main contact. After the job was done, he came out and we went over the work done as Dave wanted to make sure we were completely satisfied. Dave pointed out some very minor flaws, and he then arranged to have these taken care of. We then did a second inspection and we are now 100% happy with how the driveway looks, how everything turned out, and the concern and respect that Dave provided.
