Rod and Rob were excellent. This was by far the best moving experience we have ever had. They arrived on time, wrapped furniture to keep drawers and doors secure, and followed instructions perfectly. They had no problem moving a large bookcase that barely fits through the doorway. We ended up needing to move several additional items than we had planned for, and they were happy to do so. I looked in the truck after it was loaded and everything was securely strapped and padded. The unload went smoothly as well. They placed everything where we wanted it and were happy to move things again when we changed our minds. We are sometimes uneasy about paying by the hour but these guys were very fast and they got a lot of work done in a short amount of time, so the final price was very reasonable. We will use Two Men and a Truck in the future and we will request Rod and Rob also.

Everything went very smoothly. Carlos and his team loaded up 2 trucks with all our belongings and set of the next day arriving in CT the following day. Got to work unloading immediately and within 4 hours the 2 truck loads were emptied. Everything was in good shape when it arrived and the guys put everything into the rooms as directed. Only down side was the $700 dollars insurance which I thought was pretty steep. I felt it was necessary so took it, although I did have the option to refuse it.

All the staff I spoke with were very professional and caring. Kimberly provided a quote, dealt with my changes along the way and was always kind and caring. The movers at both pick up site and delivery were professional and efficient. The process of communication regarding pick up and delivery was easy, the movers were on time and when they hit a traffic snag they went out of the way to let me know they would be a little late. I highly recommend this company and will use them again if I ever need to move a piano over distance.

Awesome, stress free experience. Royce and his partner Jake (?) were outstanding. When our truck load was 160 lbs over the truck's weight limit of 8,500 lbs, they removed their spare tools and equipment and drove the 890 miles with no more than 1/2 their fuel load to stay underweight. Nothing damaged and they were so helpful in getting all our furniture and boxes into the right places. Protected walls and floors and disassembled and reassembled beds and tables without issues. Outstanding and would hire them again. Thank you!

Moving Ahead Services LLCThey were very accommodating and understanding to a couple schedule changes due to delays completing the sale of our home. They also worked with us to find the most inexpensive options. Lastly, once they arrived in the Knoxville area, they called with an option to keep the current delivery date or take delivery early. VOLUNTEER STORAGEThey're just really good. They bill my credit card directly so it's not something we have to have constant contact with them. The last contact we had with them was about a month ago. We had lost both of our keys. We lost one, couldn't find it, then we lost the other, couldn't find it. Then they found the keys and then they were gonna replace the locks. As far as replacing the lock, they were really reasonable. They replaced the lock for less than we could have bought them somewhere else. They have 7 locations. Actually they found one of the keys so they didn't have to replace that one, and then they replaced the other one. I can't remember how much it was but it wasn't very much at all. We were expecting them to hammer us but it wasn't much, maybe 6 or 7 dollars something like that. I went in there expecting them to be grumpy and stuff but they were all happy and smiles and "oh yeah that's not a problem, we can take care of that.- William E.

I was not able to move right away, so they stored my things for me until I was ready to move. I have never had a good moving company, and they have exceeded my expectations. They are absolutely amazing! I feel that if everyone in the country used them for their moving services, no one would have any problems moving ever again! Gouffon Moving And StorageThey were great. They sent movers from Tennessee to Maryland to pack us up then move us back to Tennessee. I'm not sure they normally do that but it was very helpful. They were so helpful and very realistic about how much stuff there was to move. I felt that they were more open, honest and upfront about the size of the truck that was needed and the number of people they needed to do the job. By the time they left that day, everything was organized so I could find it. Everything was excellent. They really knew what they were doing and were very professional.
