What I didn't like was that management told me they were "right down the road" from us when, in fact, they were in Morristown. As the first 2 hours are almost double the rate, and they charge portal-to-portal, the final bill came as a surprise.
I give them a C on quality because: They dinged our refrigerator and didn't tell us; we didn't notice for a week as it was buried behind all the boxes. Luckily the fridge went to the garage, but still, it was relatively new and in perfect shape and they should have told us. They also chipped paint off a garden bench and outdoor rocking chairs. Luckily I have the paint.
Also, they don't put paper down on the floor. As a result our wood floor got scuffed and the carpet was left pretty dirty. We cleaned them but re-polishing and cleaning the floor is not something we wanted to do when we moved in.
I wish I remembered the name of the and quot;other company.and quot; AM PM was far superior, and their drivers were excellent and very polite.
Overall, it was a great experience!
