Description of Work: Sewage backup in basement so all carpet removed, cement floors cleaned. Very professional and well done. The service technician camer back frequently for days to check on the status. We did not use them for carpet replacement as the price for that seemed high.

Description of Work: I called to request upholstery cleaning for a couch, loveseat, and recliner at a promotional price. The two men arrived on time and ready to work. After set-up they had barely begun when the leader called me in to point out an issue. There were prior water stains (rings) that had been made in the fabric of the couch and loveseat. Having been long dried, these were completely invisible. However, the steam process brought them back very clearly. He explained that in many cases these rings would again disappear after drying, but not in all cases. They could not be responsible, and the decision was mine. I decided not to proceed with the cleaning. The team agreed without any concerns, packed their gear and left. There was absolutely no charge, though they had driven close to thirty miles across town nd gas prices were then at a peak.

Description of Work: Cleaned 7 rooms for protection and repaired 2 'busted seams' in 2 doorways.

Description of Work: My home was a foreclosure and the carpet was very dirty. They cleaned a three bedroom one story home that didn't have any furniture in it.
