Service tech arrived on time. Was cordial, wore "footies" to prevent tracking. Asked to see job area, then went about cleaning the carpeting and rugs involved. At completion, asked for review and approval of areas cleaned. Reminded me of their call-back guarantee and left coupon for future service needs. All work done well.

2 Guys came in and cleaned my Carpets. They were both Professional and Courteous. No complaints what so ever. I have used the company multiple times with no issues.

Dude came in and cleaned the carpets and the stairs... did what he said he would do

The carptets needed to be cleaned. Appointment was scheduled to our convenience. The company was prompt and professional. The carpets were cleaned and protected in a timely manner. The clean up was done appropriately. I would use Stanley Steamer again. The carpets look good.

The whole process was easy and not a lot of extra selling. They were more than willing to handle the scope creap that we added. No dings to the paint or furniture.

I was really happy with them this time and it was my third time using them. The first time was excellent, but, the second time I wasn't very happy because the carpet took a real long time to dry. When I called them the third time, I told them what had happened so they were very careful to get all the water out to make sure it wasn't going to be too wet.

I had a positive experience working with Stanley Steemer. They were prompt and courteous. I thought that the duct cleaning was a little expensive, but the carpet cleaning was reasonable. They did good quality work while they were at my home.

I live on the 3rd floor of a condo. They had to come up 3 flights of stairs with their truck, dragging the cable. They got it done in a short time. They were very professional. I have used them twice and on both occasions the crew was very good. They move the things around and remove all the stains. They do an excellent job. They came when they said they would come. Everything was cleaned. The price was very reasonable. The crew was young but they knew exactly what they were doing.

We own a 40ft motorcoach. I heard an ad stating 3 room carpet cleaning for $99 which sounded reasonable. I Called for quote because we had experienced a leak around A/C unit mounted on roof that had left water stains on carpeted ceiling. I measured the carpeted area: Living room = 88SqFt, Bedroom = 19SqFt, ceiling = 240 SqFt. A TOTAL OF 347 Sq Ft. Admittedly, a small area needing cleaning with easy access. I clearly explained my primary concern and reason for calling was to clean and remove stains from the ceiling where recent water leaks had stained the carpet. I explained that I also wanted to clean the other carpeted areas, a chair and the kitchen lineoleam tile. I was quoted $99 for the carpet cleaning and was told that they would quote the tile and chair cleaning on site. The team finally arrived (1hr15min late) at 5:15pm from a previous job 45 minutes south on I-55 from my address - obviously at the end of their workday. The first thing I heard is that they cannot clean my kitchen floor. (Their equipment would "pull my floor up") The next "objection" is that "they don't clean ceilings." After 10 minutes discussion concerning this he agreed to complete the ceiling when I pointed out that the ceiling was my reason for calling in the first place - "well the office girl should not have included this" but he magnamiously agreed to do this although it was "outside" what they normally do. ALL HE WANTED TO DO WAS CLEAN MY 107SqFt OF CARPETED FLOOR FOR $99 - - THAT WOULD HAVE TAKEN ALL OF 10 MINUTES TO DO. When they cleaned my ceiling they used the upholstery tool. He passed over each area one time although it should have been apparent to him that dirty stained areas needed more than one pass to adequately clean. He did however clean one area with more than one pass where there was heavy staining that could be easily seen even at the late hour and poor lighting. Bottom line: The next day with better lighting and after the carpeted ceiling dryed, the only area where the dirt and staining had been removed was the area where he had passed more then one time. The same was true with the recliner I'd paid extra to be cleaned. I called the Bartlett office of Stanley Steemer to complain and they sent him back to redo the job which he did. After redoing the chair and ceiling there was a 90% improvement but there are still stained areas on the seat of the chair and to one side of the ceiling that were missed or inadequately cleaned. I guess I'll chauk it up to experience and rent or BUY a "Rug Doctor" and do it myself. Why call Stanley Steemer? My perception from years of exposure to their advertising that held them out to be professionals in the fire and flood restoration business as well as the home and business carpet and furniture cleaning professionals. Why did'nt I call "SERVICEMASTER" the other leader in this business? Indeed I considered them, but my perception was that The Steam Cleaning process was superior. PS: Floor cleaner I was sold didnt work

Dropped the love seats off before leaving town and picked them up later. They were cleaner, but I called the company to ask if they could do them again as there were still some spots on the cushions. The manager said he would clean the cushions again if I would bring them in. Subsequently my mother fell and had to go to the hospital, so it was a few weeks before I called back to schedule the cleaning. Since the manager had been willing to clean the cushions again, I decided to use Stanley Steemer to clean the carpets in her condo while she was hospitalized. Their rep gave me a quote, and I then asked when I could schedule the re-cleaning of the love seat cushions. Their rep checked with the manager, and I was informed they would no longer re-clean the cushions as it was past their ten day warranty period, even though I had notified them before the ten days were up and they had agreed to the re-cleaning. Therefore, I canceled the carpet cleaning appointment.

They came when they said they would and they did a fantastic job we are very impressed.

I really think they do a good job cleaning my carpets. The only thing I don't like is that I always feel like it s a high pressured sales pitch every time they come. They are always trying to sell you some product or another that you don't need. The one thing I do like of theirs is the deodorizer. They used it in my living room and it really did make all the odors go away.

They cleaned all the carpets in my living room and bedroom. They dusted and cleaned them very well. They had to use some stain removing agents to clear the stained areas. Their work was good.

They cleaned my carpets in the hall and kitchen. They even removed stubborn stains from the carpet. They are hard working folks, giving value for my money.

They come on time, do all the work well, without spreading any dirt in the house. They handle expensive carpets very carefully and delicately, as if they are handling silk. Good job done.

This company is good, it has punctual, and hard working people with it. The guys who come over, treat the carpets with steam and chemicals to remove the stains without damaging the carpets. I like their quality of work, and their responsiveness.

The company work is OK but I am not happy with their professionalism. The rates said some thing else when we called and something else when they were at work. I did not like that and am unhappy with them.

Stanley Steemer has done a very good job. They have cleaned all the stains from the carpet and made it look good. My carpet also smells nice now.

We have an annual contract with this company. They do an awesome job every time. They've understood my requirements perfectly. I need not even supervise the crew in replacing the furniture, once the carpets are cleaned and re-installed.
