Jason and Dylan were exceptional in their service with one hour service for installing our new HVAC complete unit. We are very pleased with their service and the system and their level of knowledge and expertise. They were very friendly And explained everything To us in detail about the process. Electric Furnace / Forced Air Heating System Installation
The two workmen that installed the system Jason and Corey was very professional and nice guys. They took their time and explained a lot to me. They were very net and cleaned after themselves. Since I was changing from a gas to electrical furnace Corey took the extra step and closed off the extra space and made everything look nice. I really believe I got my monies worth and more with the A1 customer service. Thank One Hour.!

When my AC went out the company I had been using for 15 years responded quickly for the service call but unfortunately said they would be unable to install a new unit for about a month. I then got three quotes from other companies. I chose One Hour because the rep, Scott, seemed very knowledgeable and they were able to schedule the install very quickly. The techs impressed me too. I guess I have a new heating and air company now! 5 stars.

Heat Pump Installation and Replacement
We just had a new heat/air system installed today by two of the nicest men, Alex and Zach. I could not be happier with these men. They were so respectful of the fact we have five indoor cats and I asked them to be extremely careful when opening and closing our door to the garage. They were! They also worked non-stop all day without taking a break. We had no intention of having a new system installed this winter since our old one of 16 years was still working. Todd James came for a consult a couple of days ago and we liked him and trusted him so much that we changed our minds about waiting. We're very pleased with the fact that Theresa followed up asa she saw my interest on the internet and gave us the consult with Todd the next day. I highly recommend these people and the wonderful installers today, Alex and Zach!

I had two other companies try to sell me a system for the cost of 4500.00 and above. One hour heating and air installed a device that cost $160 preventing the problem I was have Mt from occurring again. They too can sell me a new system however the system still works and did not need replacing..

This was the ONLY company whose "comfort specialist" Ed did a thorough inspection and measurements of our home to calculate our needs and size unit required, Installers were courteous and highly informative answering all our questions. Also, this was the ONLY company to recommend and install hurricane straps on our unit.

At present, I have only contracted for the replacement of 2 heat pumps and an ERV. All my interactions with One Hour Heating and Airâ  s Advisor, Todd Jones, weâ  re top notch. He did a thorough assessment of our H&A needs, was very knowledgeable, and he clearly was focused on meeting my needs and desires. I thought his proposed systems were perfect for me. The price seemed very reasonable considering the components being installed. I am optimistic I will be similarly satisfied after the actual install occurs. (This form required that I rate Work Quality before submission. So Iâ ve done that in advance.)
