The owner showed up 1hr 45min late for the appointment that I rushed home to get to on time and he did not even call to let me know he was running late. When he finally did show up, he did not even apologize for his tardiness. The initial problem is fixed (I could not get power to my dryer), but now I have 2 other problems due to the work (2 outlets that I know for a fact were working prior to him coming out now are completely unusable). Part of me wants to make him come back and fix it, but I just do not trust him or his work. I am really disappointed in home advisor for even having this business on their website. I am glad that so many others had a great experience with them, I however can not say the same. I would definitely NOT recommend them even to my enemies.

Professional Courteous On time

I have to update my previous 4* review of Dedicated Electric from back in May. Mark & his son accepted to rewire my entire house and add some lighting and fix preexisting conditions on the new home we purchased. the project took him a little longer than we expected due to him taking on other smaller jobs and running out for emergency services for clients, but that did not bug me as much as what i have learned over the past 7 months since he left. He was supposed to come back to my house and finish a few more items at the house, like running a new wire to the existing lamp in our yard re run a wire for the cable and a few smaller things. It has now been about 7 months and Mark will not answer my phone calls or emails. now that I have had more projects in my crawl space and Attic I realized they did not remove a lot of the old wiring that was in the house, they did not fix one of spliced wires to the doorbell. they even ripped up a few boards in the attic to run new wiring and didn't bother to put the boards back into place. I always enjoyed talking to Mark and his son but this kind of customer service is unacceptable. I paid a lot of money to have the house rewired and its frustrating to have a few small items not completed correctly. As a first time home owner I learned my lesson of never paying the final payment until all of the work is completed. Wish I could recommend, but after what has happened to us on the customer service end, I just can't.

Were prompt, professional. Got the job done in a timely manner. Pleasant to work with.

Mark did a great job. Once he finished up I hired him again to replace an electrical panel. Highly recommended.
