Price was good, people easy to work with, adaptable to increase in work scope (at reasonable extra cost) and completed in all on the same day

I contracted a friend to do the work instead of Live Oak and did not see him for five weeks. I called Live Oak and they were out the NEXT DAY on time! Four trees cut down, stumps ground down, everything cleaned up and taken away in 2.5 hours. This was a project beyond my ability. Live Oak told me my trees were little compared to a few they had to cut down with precision. All the work completed exactly as quoted. This is a trustworthy family team with experience and confidence in their craft.

Grate work!

I used this company before and will do so again. This time my only concern was that more work was done than expected and I was not told of this until I received the bill by email later in the day. My sprinkler system was not working, though my pump at lakeside was running. They made a trip to get needed parts, returned, telling me when the repair was complete and the amount. I paid the bill as I had in the past, and the bill email I received later showed sprinkler heads were also replaced/repaired. Nothing was said at the time of service or payment about exactly what was done. I should've asked & will do so next time. Top quality work!
