Frank's Discount Tire

I have bought from them before. I am a repeat buyer.

They communicate from start to finish. They communicated with me before the job and priced it. Then as the job was going, they let me know the status of my break pads, because the tires were off. They were good. They installed the tires, balanced them and handed me the keys. So good job.

My experience went well. I called for a quote over the phone and they were able to give me a better tire for about the same price as other places in the area. I was pleased with the outcome of the service. The pricing was reasonable and I would recommend this company to others.

I went into the shop and was immediately greeted. Rep wrote down my information and helped find the correct tire size for my card. They told me how long it would be and when they were finished they contacted me and said i could pick my car up. They were very professional and quick.

I priced tires all over town and Frank' s quote was the best. When I arrived, the staff was very friendly and the shop was nice and clean. The service was prompt and I didn't have to wait very long. I recommended them to a friend who needed tires and after calling around, Frank's gave her the best price as well. I would recommend then to anyone who needed tires or AC repair.

Oil change was without incident - fair time, fair price.
However, upon returning home after the tire rotation, my husband did not know that the tires had been rotated and inflation checked, and before my daughter returned to college out of state, he checked the air pressure in her tires and the 2 on one side of the car were totally correct, but BOTH tires on the other side of the care were BOTH 5# underinflated. My husband fixed this, as we have a professional compressor at the house. I called the store and asked to speak to the manager. He did not seem concerned and told me that tire exact pressure was not important and I could come back to the store and they would correct the underinflated tires.
I do not live just down the street - I live in another town.
I wrote a letter to the owner of the store with a copy of the paperwork with no response.

Frank's was the obvious best deal and got me in and out on a busy and rainy day. There is no substitute when it comes to tires! They also just replaced my husband's tires on his 1996 Chevrolet Cavalier the weekend of Thanksgiving. They worked him in and he got all new tires with a 50,000 mile warranty for 300.00. Frank's is the place to go! And they have a really nice waiting area to boot!
