Arrived early and completed paperwork BEFORE time of appointment. WAITED over an hour to be called to a room; WAITED 30 minutes for eye drops; WAITED another 90 minutes for doctor to give eye exam, ignored by personnel walking back and forth in hall. Doctor left, WAITED another hour for refraction exam. When completed, required to pay $35 in addition to insurance copay - informed insurance did not...

The doctor I saw was very thorough and explained things very patiently. I had to go back three or four times and it was without charge. He was an excellent doctor.
