Bluffton Total Eye Care

It was a very busy day for the practice but I saw the doctor in a reasonable timeframe.. The Doctor was
very nice and took the time to listen. The Doctor was very open about the medical issues I was told I
had and put my mind at ease as it seems other doctors were blowing my issue out of proportion - which
is how I felt.. I will use this doctor again since I like the no nonsense approach.. This doctor was very thorough and explained everything to me and quot;in englishand quot; so for once I now understand what my medical issue really is. No other doctor
every communicated in such a clear, concise manner before.. This Doctor will definitely be my main Eye Doctor for years to come..

The office staff, ophthalmologist, and Dr. Horstman (Optometric Physician) were very nice, efficient, congenial, and did everything they could to help me.
I think they did what they could to try and correct my problem with my tearing situation, but I had to go to another specialist. That specialist determined that the tear duct was blocked and I have to go to a specialist 2 hours away for possible minor surgery!
I do not blame Total Eye Care for all my visits because they tried to fix it in the least expensive way possible.

Overall my experience was great! They took us in right when we got there. The doctor was very nice to my daughter. Made her feel comfortable. They checked her eyes and did an exam. It turned out she needed new glasses and they were very helpful in helping her pick out a new frame. She had a very good experience and we will go back again. Her glasses would be ready in a week and that was very prompt service.

They are very convenient to where we live. They are very good. They bring in really good eye doctors. The frames are great. The work is done fast. They are very approachable. The prices are competitive. We really like them.

I will go back in the future.
