Kyle was hired to do a complete overhaul of my old septic system. After our agreement, he was to write a contract, then start to work once a third of the total amount was collected, per his request. Once the check cleared him and his designer was never to be seen or heard from again. Soon after I would contact the DEM, whom his designer was to submit the design to, but they never did. I also did a research for any complaints on them with the DEM, and they sure did have complaints from other customers. Considering the amount of issues they were up against, Kyle eventually agreed and decided to do the project. He would spend an entire month on the property working on the septic. The work was suppose to only take him up to a week. During that month not only he was belligerent, but looked to give us so much problems only so he could walk out on the job. Finally, when finished he now would fabricate additional charges outside the agreed contract for cash grab. He was the worse contractor I ever worked with. Not punctual, unprofessional and not friendly. His behavior and characteristic was to that of a thug. I absolutely do not recommend this contractor to anyone. Review has been submitted in good faith.
