Wow, what amazing workmanship completed by David, Fred's employee. Our floors look amazing, precision sanding, attention to details, and three even coatings resulted in a beautiful finish. Our whole downstairs flooring was refinished and complete in just three days. David is an expert at his work along with having a very nice demeanor! I recommend this team highly.

I was remodeling my kitchen and wanted to install hardwood floors to match my existing hardwood floors in the living room as it is now an open floor plan. They repaired some of the old floor where there weâ re gouges and you cannot tell where the old floor ended and the new floor started. The are conscientious and professional and I would hire them for another project without thinking twice!

East Bay Quality Hardwoods did an excellent job with the floors in my house. They were very accommodation. I needed to split the project into two parts and Fred worked with us to make sure each part fit our timeline. We also had a power outage while they were in the middle of the project and that did not stop them either. Fred Cabral quoted a fair price to refinish our worn kitchen floors. Fred explained the sequence of work, and he and his team completed the job as promised. His team moved our refrigerator out of the way and a table and cabinet to the dining room and moved all back after the final coat was dry, They hung plastic sheeting and vacuumed so there was negligible dust from sanding. Fred and his team showed up when they said they would and were always cooperative and answered all our questions. The floors look great now. I would hire East Bay Hardwood again and recommend them without reservation.

This was a complicated job due to excessive humidity that damaged the floor. Fred gave as different options to fix and was honest to recommend the lower cost option. Fred has been extremely responsive and reliable throughout the job. The results were great and the floor looks like new!

We had the tricky task of marrying an original wood floor with new flooring so our new kitchen could be seamless with with the dining room and adjoining hallway. We were blown away with the result! Not only was the transition into the new floor design integrated with a mirrored picture frame motif like the original, but the refinishing work was beautiful too. We met with Fred 24 hours after an initial conversation and went over our project plan which included removing 900sqft of flooring and installing solid white oak floors. Even through all the unexpected obstacles they were faced with, they worked through the weekend and finished our floors in 6 days.
