015Charlie and his contractor did very good work, I did not realize that whatever price he quotes is for labor only. I thought he was a contract\or and the price quoted was for the whole job. Once I realized I needed to either buy the needed materials or reimburse him for them, things went much more smoothly. Just be aware that handyman services ONLY provide labor for a project.

Jobs  went well.  Everything looks great.

Everything was done quickly and well.  I thought the delay between initial contact and the date that services could commence was a little long, but once they got to my place, I had no issues.

The estimator arrived promptly and communicated frequently regarding costs, timing and they met my tight deadline so I could close on my house. It was a fantastic experience, prices were very reasonable, and I plan to have them return in the event that I need their services again in the future.

No work was done as no one ever got back to me.   If the company can never call a customer back, especially one who had used the services in the past, I would not recommend this company.

The follow-up by this service, which I assume is a referral service, was abysmal.  I was not contacted for several days, then I was told they couldn't work with my schedule, then that they would follow up further.  And there was no further follow-up.  Ultimately, because this work was time sensitive, I could not use them.   I would not recommend them to anyone who needed a job done in a timely and responsible way.

The guys did a great job. The crawl space they were working in was dirty and dusty and difficult to work in, but they got the job done. My calls were always returned in a timely manner and they were flexible and easy to work with. I would definitely use them again.

The experience could not have been better. I heard from the company on the following day. They were able to send a handyman that day to realign the door. They charged $40 for the service. The door now works perfectly

This is the second time I have used them and I highly recommend their services.  I used to do all of these kind of jobs myself but it just was not fun anymore.

I was very impressed with the communication of Handyman Connection, their responsiveness, and their flexibility & willingness/ability to present me different solutions to my problem of varying levels of cost.  Once I chose a solution, they implemented it as timely as possible - driven mostly by when my special-ordered doors came in, and worked around my schedule so as to cause as little disruption to my life as possible (this is construction around my home office after all).  So they offered to come in all day Sunday just so most of this work could be done without impacting my work - then came in the following Monday while I was in Philadelphia that morning to finish up.  When I came back, not only was everything done, at an exceptionally high level of quality, but all doors were (well) painted, pictures that had to be taken off walls to complete some of these tasks were hung back up again (and level too), and the entire workspace was spotless - it was like they were never even here.  And the price was very reasonable for the considerable amount of work this 2-day project that involved special orders of materials, etc. entailed.
I was extremely impressed by their professionalism, and will definitely be using them again in the future!

Great service! Professional, responsive, punctual, and polite. My service provider arrived right on time and had the job done within an hour. He cleaned up after his work was done. Very reasonable rates, too. I wouldn't hesitate to call them again.
