Very thorough!!! The tech went in every room I told him the mice were seen and placed traps and sticky boards and black boxes containing the trap food. He was very very knowledgeable in his business. He also went all around the outside of the house and placed traps where he thought they were getting in. Haven't seen another mouse yet!!!

The Technician name was Simon. Simon was very friendly and knowledgeable. He worked quickly and efficiently and explained everything to my satisfaction

I had them come out for the initial service. Christopher showed up at my house on time and was very professional. I have not seen a bug in my home since. So far I am very happy with the service.

They came for carpenter ants. They were gone immediately. Since they do exterior spraying, they let me cancel on a day it rained and reschedule for a dry day so the treatment wouldn't wash away. No smell, no problem.

We called Green Pest Solutions after trying Ant traps from the store which didn't work. They came out in two days of calling. They treated outside and inside. Everything from scheduling the appointment to having them coming out was great. We were given a window of 11:00-1 our tech arrived promptly at 11:00 and was done quickly...very professional!

I was very pleased with their service and so far I think my mice problem is solved. No sightings of any mice since they were here.

Ordering service is easy and it is all done online with contract and payments. Scheduling is quick. Too early to know the result for sure...but so far so good.

Quick and easy. Had an ant problem was able to set first visit and quarterly maintenance since it seems those ants like to come back twice a year. Love the fact they take credit card payment and was easy to sign contract online.

Came today for initial spraying. I signed up for their quarterly service. Everything so far has been easy and informative. Kevin who came to my house this morning was knowledgeable and considerate.

I had an ant problem. Technician was wonderful. Came and checked out the problem and did the treatment, explaining everything he planned to do and how the treatment would take care of the problem. Withing 24 hours I no longer saw those pesty little ants. I was very pleased with the entire process from customer service to treatment. There was also no pressure to purchase any long term service agreements. In fact both the costumer service rep and the treatment rep said based on my problem I only needed this one particular treatment. I also have the company's guarantee for 60 days.
