Technicians arrived on time, worked efficiently, and did a great job.

There was a bit of a delay because I wanted specific fixtures. They worked with me to meet my scheduling needs. They were good. I was very satisfied.

Called on 12/17/13 and set up the appointment for my first choice - 12/20/13. Kircher provided a time window of 2 to 4pm and arrived at 2:30 pm. Both the owner and his assistant were very professional, asked many questions and listened to the problem. They went to work and were finished within 1 hour. All outlets are working perfectly and the charge was exactly what was quoted over the phone - $136. All labor - no parts needed for the repair. While they were here, we had them quote some additional work on some ceiling fans that we will have completed in the Spring. Will use again.

They came out, looked at the situation, gave us an opinion, and did not charge us. We were appreciative.

Needed urgent electrical servicem but the provider was not available until December 10th.

Jeff did work for us in our old house and we were happy with the work. This job was done on schedule and we were very satisfied with service and quality of work. We will have more work done in near future.

I asked for a Friday date, but it seemed very unclear whether they could do it then or not. They also seemed a little reluctant to come out to my neighborhood (I hadn't read the fine print about where they were located and the area they typically service), but was prompted to look again after the comment was made and I did see that. It just doesn't seem to be working out and I'll probably have a handyman do these tasks.

Tesla HPWC (240v@100A) install. All works well, took two days and the equipment was a bit dinged after the install most likely from a fall to the floor. Still works and price was right so no huge problem.

Scheduled to come for service about a week after the phone call which is fine. Wasn't an emergency. Problems were diagnosed and repaired well. Work done professionally. My only problem is the price. A $350 bill to replace a light switch that surely cost less than $10 and a photo sensor eye that surely cost less that $40 seems quite excessive. I understand the price of doing business but I feel I was taken advantage of.

I called Kircher and Jeff came out that afternoon due to the arcing/sparking with my outlets. I was really pleased with the service, professionalism and knowledge of my situation. He found the electrical issue, corrected it and even installed the right outlet, using the right wires for me. He was very patient in answering all of my questions regarding the reasons for the issue, how I could prevent it from happening again and a history of how and why what he was doing was the right method. All and all it took About 30 minutes for the call-really efficient! I would definitely recommend Jeff and will be using him again for our electrical needs in the future.

Arrived in scheduled timeframe, gave you a quote beforehand, and performed the work. The electrician was courteous and respectful of our home. Even ran out to the local hardware store to buy a part he didn't have that I would like. I already have 2 future jobs for them.

An estimate was scheduled two weeks in advance, but the provider didn't show up. When I called (I had to call; they did not contact me), I was told there was another call that had to be attended to. I was not offered another time that day; I was just told that the appointment was cancelled.

The owner of Kircher Electric LLC, Jeff arrived on time with one employee, Scott. They reviewed the electrical problem and tested the circuit. One switch was required and they agreed that i would purchase it and they would return to install it. They recommended that the 200 Amp Panel be updated and offered to write a written estimate to complete the update. This was completed by the end of their visit. Two days later, new workers arrived and completed the job. They are professional and courteous. I am very satisfied with their service and would recommend them. Installed an outdoor outlet on my screened-in porch. Well done, no problems.

Arrived right on time, dressed very neatly and professionallty. He was extremely polite, courteous and professional. After we got the paperwork out of the way, he quickly assessed my downstairs incorrectly wired ceiling fixture, rew red it and left it in working order. Next was the more difficult job. I have dipole switches that turn on my outdoor lights: one switch can be accessed from the garage, and the other from inside the house.. They operate a in series porch light and a High Pressure Sodium light positioned above it.. I have attempted to trouble shoot this problem and had replaced both switches without any resolution.. I also had a "handyman" check it out; and, he also could not trobleshoot the issue. Kicher's electrician evaluated the situation, thought about what worked and what didn't, and determined that one of the switches was unipole. He replaced the switch, checked that there was sufficient power going to porch light, and even climbed up to the secomd fixture (HPS) to change out the bulb for me. All the while, he answered a multitude of questions for me. (When I meet someone that I feel really knows their "stuff", I pick their brain as much as possible). People that really like the work they do usually are eager to answer-Alex (name?), of Kircher was one of these people! He then mentioned some issues re possible code violations with work that had been previously done in my garage and we discussed possible solutions. It was coming to the end of the two hours, so Alex (Cannot remember his name), finished up, gave me a written description of the work that he had completed. and left. There was not one exta charge! About two days later, I received a follow up cajj from the office manager; however, I didn't csll back at that time. They did not keep callimg back. I have never written as favorable as this one. Kircher's (and Alex) were exactly what I want in a service provider as well as a big deal!!!

Jeff Kircher and another electrician efficiently replaced a non-working attic fan with a new one and brought it up to code. They also replaced an old ceiling fan with a new one. They cleaned up well when finished. We are pleased with the results of their work.

This was my second time using the company, and it was a good experience as usual. The two men who came were knowledgeable, did a good job with the lights, and did a good job of cleaning up after themselves.

called kircher to get a quote for some work in my home. Called back and a time was arranged for estimator to show up. I called the morning of the appointment to confirm, Kircher told me their estimator would arrive as promised. Time came and went. 2 hours after the appointment winodw I got a call from kricher asking if we could pick another time/day. I agreed. Well guess what, still a no show and no call to explain or apologize. I've taken time out of my day to stay home from work on two separate occasions only to be stood up. Would never recommend this company.
