Owner answered my phone call on day of snow storm in January. Truck and two repairmen arrived next day. All on day after heavy snow that closed schools, and at 10 degrees. Very satisfied with the work and the product. Would recommend to anyone.

Very professional, great product selection and competitive pricing. Very happy with job performed. Pat answered the phone, showed up on time and kept his word about everything. Installation crew took their time to make sure job is done right. Replaced door and opener with a quite one. I would highly recommend them.

It was excellent. The guy was pleasant and efficient. I would recommend them to anyone. Whatever he did to the door, tuned it up and the springs, I can open the overhead door now. I will use him again because I new garage door and an opener.

I bought a big deal for spring replacement and tuneup of the garage door. The technician arrived and did a really good job on the door. He was very professional and personable as well. I would definately use these guys again as the door works much better now.

How to choose a provider when there are so many out there, many with stellar reviews? I took a stab in the dark with McBrothers based on location and quantity of reviews. Am I ever glad I did! My garage door opener problem was not with the system itself but rather with a faulty keypad which could not be replaced new due to its age, 1992. Only keypads that are compatible with 1993 and newer systems are sold in stores. Rather than try to sell me a whole new system to replace my perfectly-sound system, Jeff and his assistant ,Brian, gladly tried several similar, used keypads to see if one might work with my existing system. And one did! For that I happily paid $20. I was so impressed with their professionalism, that I asked that they also perform a checkup/tuneup on my 22-year old system at an Angie's List special price of $99. They lubricated, tested tension wires, and replaced the rollers with new quieter ones. Thank you, Jeff and Brian for providing a completely satisfying customer experience! I highly recommend McBrothers and will use them in the future if I need to.

One of my garage doors would not open. Called McBrothers and had them come out to look at the door and diagnose the problem. They immediately detected the problem and were able to fix it quickly. Another contractor had quoted me a price of $400, which I thought was on the high side; needless to say, it was. Not only were the technicians knowledgeable and honest, one of them gave me his cell phone number and told me that I could call him if I have a problem programming my getting the garage door opener and that he would walk me through the process over the phone. They could have easily told me that the fix was more invovled and required an expensive repair bill. Instead, they honestly diagnosed the problem and repaired in it in a timely and professional manner. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for this type of service.

I purchased a big deal for $99 for a garage door tune up. I have 2 garage doors and tried to purchase 2 deals, but had trouble doing so through the website. The price was honored for each garage door. Within a day or two, McBrothers contacted me to schedule the service. The garage is my main way of entering/exiting the house and I had been having several problems with the doors and openers which made me have to use the front door. I explained all of the problems when scheduling the service. The person I spoke with was very nice and assured me the technician would go over everything on the day of service. On the scheduled day the technician, Jeff, showed up on time and reviewed all of my concerns. He explained in detail what he would do and how the garage door components are affected over time (my doors are about 15 years old and have never been serviced). The service went great. Jeff adjusted everything, fixed all of problems and my garage doors now run smooth and quiet. I couldn't be more satisfied.

The spring on my garage door broke earlier this week; they were able to make it out within 24 hrs. Quick repair, no hassle.

I called early in the am and was able to obtain same day service in the early afternoon. Workers came on time and handled the job efficiently and professionally.They explained exactly what they were doing and why. They did not try to sell me a new system but were happy to fix my old existing unit. Jim told me that was their specialty, trying to save the homeowner's money. I was very satisfied with their work.

The gentelman who arrived at the appointed time, was very nice, He did his job well.

Our automatic garage door broke down on Jan. 7 and was failing to shut in the evening. I manually shut door and after an online review determined it was not a DIY job. Found McBrothers on Angie's List and called them on Jan. 8 around 7am. They were able to have someone come out that day and the job was completed by noon. Amazing responsiveness/punctuality and the technician was professional and did and a great job. Found pricing to be very fair for services provided and promptness. Would use them again without reservation.

Company was fantastic. Responded quickly to inquire. Came out inspected and gave me a plan and a price. Company came the next day. They were on time and worked quickly. They cleaned up after themselves. The two that did the work (james and evan I believe) were professional, friendly, explained all they were doing and why. Price was exactly as stated, even though I think they did more. Excellent company that I would highly recommend.

Purchased the $99 roller replacement and door tuneup. Door was getting stuck going up and down. Technicians arrived on time and were extremely professional. The replaced the rollers and advised that the door was getting stuck because the springs and caster wheels needed to be replaced. They quoted me and additional $65 for the work and completed it quickly. They cleaned up when they were done and the door is good as new. Would definitely use them for more work in the future.

It went very well. Jaci was very friendly on the phone and made a pretty quick appointment for me. (we spoke on Thursday and they came out on Monday) They ran a little late but called to stay in touch which was no problem. They completed the job effectively for exactly what they quoted and did a great job. They even advised that the opener may need to be replaced in another six months or so.

They showed up on time and were neat.

Came on time with all the materials they needed, They were professional and friendly and knew what they had to do and did.it. They took the time to show me how to program the remote and explained why it worked only for the new door. Job was done quickly and very neatly All wires were neatly tied. All very professional.

We recently moved into a new home and the garage door system was just full of issues. They said they ran into some problems installing the new opener on the third garage, which they suspect is why it didn't have an opener on it, but they took the time to get it done right and it's working beautifully. Marked a B on Responsiveness because they weren't able to finish the weatherstripping and they need to return Monday, but hey things happen. Overall they did an excellent job and we'll be calling them directly for all of our future garage door issues.

Called for service at 4:45 pm on a Friday and he answered the phone and said he would come Saturday morning at 7:30 am to fix which was very impressive. Gentlemen came in the morning was very professional, polite and knowledgeable and fixed my door right away since we were having company coming for a party. Did nice job, cleaned up and will call again when the next door breaks down.

It went well. They called to come early which was fine by me and did a great job installing the new wheels and inspected the door. Since then I have had no issues, other than a little noise when opening and shutting the door (this was happening before they serviced the door as well). I would use these guys again in the future!

On time, replaced rollers and performed tune up on garage door.
