 + -1 moreTerrible customer service. Some staff members are quite rude and arrogant. We have been going there for years and have spent alot of money on trees, shrubs, etc. We recently bought hanging baskets and annuals that died within 24 hours, despite adequate watering and being properly planted in nutrient rich soil. They refused to work with us on replacing or discounting them. Policy is one thing, but becoming irate and rude is unacceptable. On top of that, the manager refused to reprimand the customer service lady that was mouthing off to us. Rule #1 is customer service, the customer is always right. We are not out to get freebies, just quality products for our money. They have lost a customer and I will let my friends know to take their money elsewhere.
