The windows were sanded and painted and repairs were done. The men who did the work smelled of alcohol. We were told the storms would be made and installed and this would take a few weeks. We paid in full for the work and also gave a $200 deposit toward the installation of a barn door. A year later we still do not have our storm windows or door. We have contacted him multiple times since January of this year and keep getting put off. He has said he would be to the house and doesn't show. Now he is not returning phone calls. At $500 a storm window and a $200 deposit, this man has stolen $1500.00 of our money.
