I can't say our experience has been really good. The last time was for my benefit, but I took in some change and I knew exactly what I had down to the penny. It was $58 and I wanted to get rid of all those change and I took it in. They gave me $59 and something for it. They have one of these automatic machines that count the money and they counted wrong. The other experience I've had was that I wanted to get some $10 rolls. I gave them $30 or three $10 rolls of quarters and I brought it home and one dropped on the floor and skidded about, so I picked it up and wanted to make sure I had them all and here I had a quarter too much. I checked the others, and there was quarter each extra in those. So I went to the bank the same day, went to the same teller and I counted them in from of the lady and I told her that I'm concerned about the machine. To me that is not a good way to do business. These people think they know what they are doing and they don't. One time before that I asked a guy there when was the last time your machine was checked out, and he said it was just checked out that morning. And I gave him some money and they gave me the wrong amount again. So it's not accurate at all. One other thing that happened with my wife and myself both, was that say you write a cheque out for a couple of hundred dollars, and instead of counting it out for you, they go to their machine and punch out so much money and they just hand it to you instead of counting it. We would count it. They want you to accept their honesty. My wife started counted it out, and now they count the money when they give it to you. It is really stupid. We are going to them for various accounts, but I am careful when I take something out of them or when I put it in. I've been with this bank since back in the seventies. I have my savings account through them.
