I have had issues with my garage door for 3 years. Another (ABE Doors) came for 3 years and did maintenance/tune-up type work and tried to tell me I needed a new door, opener, mounts and everything. Well, my loud and wake the neighbors garage door was stuck open at 11:30 pm on a Saturday night. I went on HomeAdvisor .com and Rob called me within 5 minutes. Rob came out and fixed it right. Door is quite as it has ever been and works like it should. His price was extremely fair and I would highly recommend.
