Service was as expected. Replaced ignitor. Furnace has worked ever since.

I had neglected to have the furnace (which is only 2 years old) checked at the beginning of the season. Got a great price on an end-of-the-season Big Deal. They responded and scheduled quickly. The technician called in advance as promised, was on time and very professional and courteous. He explained how long it would take (about a half hour) and then explained what he had checked when he was done.

JRB Heating & Cooling did a great job, so I would like to give them a good rating. Everything looked good and did not cost me any more money. I had two issues this month alone with my furnace stopping working. And, with my home warranty, I called and they came and corrected the problem. Two weeks later, I have another problem and they honored the first visit. It didn't cost me any more money, and I'm quite happy with them. They showed up right on time, very efficient, seem to know what they are doing, fast and were very friendly and accommodating. I can't ask for anything more than that.

Everything work out well and I am very happy with it. The technician that came out was very polite, professional and on time. He did what needed to be done. I would use them again.

I contacted JRB and received a call back the same day. I set the appointment up and was informed that they would call approximately a half hour before arrival. On the day of the appointment I met with the technician Jake. Jake arrived on time and was courteous and professional. He completed the work without incident and provided me with a detailed description of what was done.

They did a good job. They were clean and on time. The estimate was accurate.

They are very competent. They came to my home for the Big Deal and cleaned and inspected my furnace.

They came out and did the inspection. That was fine. I had a problem with my furnace just recently and it didn't go quite as well, because the gentleman that they sent out to look at it, quoted me a price for the labor for the work that would have amounted to $372 an hour. And I don't think the president gets paid that much! This had nothing to do with the Angie's List special. I would still call them, because I paid for a maintenance program with them, so they will come out and do my air conditioning inspections. The coupon part was fine. There were no additional charges. The price of the deal was great and they did whatever they were supposed to do. I would use them again to do my checks, but other than that I think I would hesitate to call them. As far as the deal was concerned, there was no problem at all.

It was very good, I did have a couple of other questions that the technician could not answer and said he would have someone email me back, but never received anything. The thing he came out to do was done well though.

It went very well. They came out and took a look at my heater and diagnosed that it needed some new parts to be serviced/rebuilt. After the diagnosis I was happy to have them come back to do the necessary services. I attempted to contact them several times and have not heard back.

Very punctual and professional. I liked them so well, I bought a cleaning for each of my two daughters. I highly recommend them. All three of us agree, we would use them again even if we didn't have a "deal" from you.

It went really well! :) The worker who did our inspection and tune up was a very pleasant, professional and respectful young man who was also able to answer several questions we were curious about before he left. He did the job quickly and efficiently, didn't try to sell us on the need of a new furnace sooner than necessary even though we DO need one any day now. He was very honest, told us the carbon dioxide levels were higher than they should be but not at all dangerous yet and explained where to get the plug in alarms that would go off if the furnace should start leaking in a day, a month or a year. He quite clearly could not predict when that might happen and said the furnace would last as long as it could, but when the alarm went off we had to turn it off right then and get out and had to get a new one right away if anyone planned to keep living here. I appreciated that he made me feel comfortable to talk with him, but at the same time comfortable in his knowledge and skill as well. They seemed fairly priced and are also willing to work with you on installation alone if you have something to install that you may not have purchased from them. All in all I would recommend them for sure when picking a top few for bids etc. Definitely good for the little jobs when needed. He actually did our Apt. second after first doing my dads rental unit that was having issues. I was told he fixed the problem quick and easy and gave my dad some great tips for things you can do with the weather in different seasons. We had purchased two as an Angie's special to start the winter off right. The sale was a great price.

preseason furnace inspection. No problems found. Efficient service, but last service provider was more thorough.

As I was going to be at work I made plans for the installer to come while I was gone. I had given him a key the first day he came which he then left in the house when he left and pulled the door shut to lock afterwards. I dont know how long he was at my house, what time he arrived etc since I wasnt home. Area was cleaned up perfectly afterwards. That evening the boss of the company, Jeff, called to explain what had been done and offered to come to explain the new system to me. He set up a time to come which was to be on a Sunday due to my schedule. Unfortunately I had to call to cancel the education session but that is my fault. Both Jeff and the actual employee who came for the service call were polite. There was no pressure to talk me into a more expensive unit than I needed which I appreciated. As a matter of fact the first man who came for the evaluation didnt talk me into buying a new furnace, I chose that option to be on the safe side. I had perfect confidence that they knew what they were doing and were not telling me I needed something that I did not need.

The best havoc we've ever had

It took about a week to get a hold of the company but everything went well after I made the appointment. The tech arrived on time and spent about 25 minutes cleaning and inspecting the furnace. He checked for carbon monoxide leaks in all connections and in the vents. He did not find any issues.

He did a thorough job. Noted that the furnaces are not as efficient as they could be. Found the humidifier no longer works. He wrote up an estimate within a few days for replacement. That came in for $629.10. We have not replaced thehumidifier yet.

The price was very good, and they were punctual.
