Wonderful. Work was done in a timely manner. They took every precaution to keep our property and our family safe from debris and other dangers. They cleaned up everyday that they did work and they kept a professional demeanor the whole time. Pleasant staff on the phone and via email. The estimate was very thorough and detailed. I will only hire them for all future roofing needs.

Paul and the person answering calls and responding to emails in the office were always timely and punctual. I have found roofers to be the most difficult of the trades and often unreliable. This is most certainly not the case with Hoolahan. Every email and call was returned. Paul was on time for his initial quote, took photos of the problem tiles and showed me the photos from his phone. We initially contracted to just repair bad slate tiles on the house and garage. Then we expanded to also replace all gutters and downspouts. Eventually because we had recently installed a high efficiency boiler and attached hot water tank, we no longer needed our chimneys so we asked that they be cut down to roof level and capped. Finally, we added replacement of a small asphalt porch roof. Paul was communicative on when work would begin. He and his workers arrived when they stated. They worked without loud music and we never heard a foul word from them. In contrast to some other roofers, Paul's workers were all experienced mature men who knew the trade and the craft and carried out the work very well. I have only good things to say about Hoolahan Roofing and would most certainly use them again.

Excellent. Very professional. Called to let us know when they would be here and were prompt. We had weather issues but they actually worked on a Saturday to catch up. Did a beautiful job and cleanup was completed.

Working with Paul is a dream. He is thorough and communicates well, explaining options and reasons. The crew is well-behaved and hard-working. They were punctual. There was a several month waiting list, even after I signed the contract, which they warned about on their voice mail and in person. Worth the wait! They left my yard and trash alley in better shape than when they arrived. It looks great, and now that my gutters are watertight, it's so much quieter in the house when it rains. No more SplaT of water spilling over the edge or breaking through at the corners.

My initial impression was very positive because communication with Hoolahan was very good. And their work was equally professional and of high quality. Appointment times were kept, and on time. Explanations were given at the time of the estimate. Recommendations were given for repairs that will need to be done in the future, but there was no pressure to have them done at this time. I also appreciate that a written estimate was given to me prior to the work being done. All work was completed to my expectations and in a timely manner. Overall, a very respectable company,

worked fast. Cleaned up very well before going home every day. This was

Hoolahan Roofing did an awesome job replacing my original slate roof with a 40-year shingle roof about 15 years ago. Since then they have been extremely responsive and professional whenever I encounter any roof-related problem (none of the problems have been related to the roof work they performed). For example, this rubber air vent boot recently split and they responded within a couple of days. Denny arrived and performed the repair in an efficient and  professional manner. I highly recommend Hoolahan Roofing and Denny in particular.
