Description of Work: I sent payment and waited for a response from the service provider. I waited several weeks for them to finally contact me. It was only when I sent a question through Angie's List re' why I was never contacted that they finally did get in touch with me. |When they arrived, at least a month after I sent payment for the services, they finally began the job of cleaning the rugs. However, their machine broke during the job!! Most of the furniture had been moved for the rug cleaning, so as a result we had piles of furniture to move around for the rest of the evening and nothing to sit on except the floor. They said they would come back the next day to finish the job and to my surprise they did. |I was disappointed with this situation because I was expecting a response for services sooner than I actually got one and I also expected them to finish the job during one visit. However, I do understand how machines can and will break down during the most in-opportune times. But this just seemed to fit in with all of the unfortunate circumstances of this experience. |I hope this helps you understand why I was disappointed with this experience. I am also hesitant to hire another service provider through Angie's List in the future.

Description of Work: Cleaned and sealed grout for over 400 square feet of floor space. Actual work was very good, however a few places required clean-up after they left where over spray of sealer dried cloudy. Not really any big deal. However the original scheduled service date had to be reset, sue to internal Hadad clerical error: therefore the "B" rating on Responsiveness. The actual work crew was great.

Description of Work: Cleaned carpets in master bedroom, hallway, and stairway. I thought they had done a terrific job. I even called the office when they left to say how pleased I was. But then the carpets dried and, particularly on the stairway, they were as dirty as before. It was as if they hadn't been touched!

Description of Work: They were supposed to come and clean our carpets, and called to reschedule; their truck broke down. We picked another date, which was fine - these things happen. The day before my service was to happen, they called to cancel AGAIN because their truck doesn't work if it is below 32 degrees, which it was supposed to be. I had already planned to take the time off and had made arrangements for my dog with a sitter, etc. I called Roth, who had a similar Angie's list deal, and they had an opening due to a cancellation, so they came with their truck (that worked just fine despite the weather) the next day. I would not consider using Hadad again, they really don't seem to have what it takes to maintain a carpet cleaning service.

Description of Work: I had scheduled a cleaning before giving my house for rent. The first time around the cleaning was not performed well at all and they agreed when I sent them pictures, so they scheduled and came back again for another round of cleaning. I did not get to see the result as I had already left town, but from what I heard from my renter, it was not cleaned properly.

I am pregnant and wanted to leave the house while they cleaned with the soap smell (not bad or strong, but i am sensitive to smells!). They unhooked their gear and moved their truck so I could leave. Then they called me when they were finishing up so I could come back and check the work. Elaine at the office was accommodating and friendly. I had my appointment rescheduled to an earlier date even. Very pleased with the work and price.

Description of Work: I purchased two Big Deals on 9/22. Both of them happened to be the same company (Hadad Services), so I arranged two services on one day (9/26). One service (Carpet Cleaning) was successfully done, but the other service (Tile and Grout Cleaning and Sealing) could not be done by them. They told me my request (tile repair & sealing) is out of their service scope. They asked me to contact Angie's List for the refund of the service. I would like to get a refund of the service purchased on 9/22 which was not started. The name of the service is "$149 for Tile and Grout Cleaning and Sealing" by Hadad Services.

Description of Work: We took advantage of a special offer that was on Angie's List to have four areas of carpeting cleaned and deodorized for $149. After placing the order thru Angie's list we were quickly contacted by Hadad representatives to arrange a date for the work. |The men arrived on time on August 4th and they completed the work in a quick and efficient manner. They were courteous and did a great job, making sure we were satisfied with the work before leaving. I would not hesitate to highly recommend this company and will certainly use them in the future.

Description of Work: I purchased a $159 Big Deal for a whole house maid service cleaning. It's a complicated story. I tried to find a time that was mutually convenient. When I contacted them, they were unwilling to honor the original price or refund me. I talked to the owner and he was stand offish on making good. They may do good work, but I would not recommend them.

Description of Work: They performed rug cleaning in oct. 2013 and I later found out when cleaning upstairs rug soap was left on rugs and i was told they would fix it the winter was horrible and they said they would come back when i wanted and they were in vicinity AS OF 8/18 THEY HAVE NOT RESPONDED.
