Let me explain: when we clean the grout and if the sealer has worn off the grout the dirt will not come completely clean because it gets embedded in the pores of the grout. Not everyone who installs tile puts sealer on. The fact that we sealed it should keep your grout looking cleaner longer. We look forward to working with you again. Karen and the Hadad Team

The big deal is to be for Allegheny county, I am sorry you were disappointed. I am the one you spoke with. We work out of Churchill, Penn Hills area to drive a truck to midway is a stretch. The trip charge is 35.00. If I can find some other clients in your neighborhood or on the way we can still come. I apologize for the inconvenience. Our big deal was to say Allegheny County. Description of Work: I have used this company multiple times usually when I am expecting out of town company. My guest bedrooms are in the basement and each time they come they seem to avoid/miss that guest room and even the stairs to get to the room.
