We have been using them for about 4 years. They are absolutely fair and they are really good price-wise and service. Everything is good. It is somewhere between $300 and $500 depending on what we want done because they also offer storage of the cover which is another $100 but still worth it. We like their reliability and their prompt service. They are very competitive and their service is excellent. Their responsiveness is very good. They are very, very punctual. We recommend them.

The installation went perfectly. Unfortunately, follow up service was sub-par, even in this day of poor customer support. The lights for the umbrella didn't work, but we were told by Barto that since they did not manufacture the lights they were not responsible for them. After some prodding and several phone calls I got them to send me new batteries, which are what caused the malfunction. More recently, a drain valve cracked due to extremely cold weather. Barto refused to send a technician out in the cold weather, insisting that there is nothing that can be done in below freezing temperatures. Not only was the drain valve not covered by the warranty (because Barto cannot control the weather, I was told), any resulting damage due to the tub being drained in winter would not be covered, either. I was outraged by the prospect of losing my expensive spa because of the lack of support, especially when I was told ''There are people dying in this cold and you're worried about your hot tub''!
