Very knowledgeable, especially about insurance coverage. They did a thorough job cleaning up our flooded basement. Paul was wonderful to work with. The crew were very professional and respectful.

We recently had need of the services of Property Recovery 911, and we canâ t say enough good things about this company. We had used Property Recovery 911 some years ago with great result; they made such an indelible impression then that we didnâ t hesitate to call them this Spring when our basement flooded. Unfortunately for us, our problems were just beginning. One flood, various broken pipes and three months later, PR911 was at our side at every turn, in every capacity imaginable. Not only does the company deliver abundantly on quality and service, we were provided the same crew throughout, which was very important to us and gave us great peace of mind. We immediately felt completely comfortable with them - and knowing we didnâ t have to deal with different people each time some new problem arose was a huge relief. Our assigned crew was always polite and courteous, friendly, sympathetic, knowledgeable, helpful to the point of going above and beyond, not to mention diligent and careful. They were prompt and hard working and always pleasant. It was literally a comfort and a pleasure to deal with them, despite the circumstances. They treated our personal items with great care and respect and kept us informed at every stage. We felt so comfortable with them that we could leave them alone in the house and know we could trust them implicitly. In addition to all of the mitigation, the main crewman, being so observant and thorough, saved us a lot of future hassle when he would point out additional leaks so small they would have gone unnoticed by us, not to mention he caught an electrical problem with the outlet in our crawlspace about which we had been unaware (prompting us to have an electrician out who confirmed it was badly wired and has since been fixed). He was attentive to every little detail, shared all of his findings and results, and made every single step of the process easier and less stressful in every way. We cannot say enough wonderful things about him and how he performs his job. The other crewman was also wonderful and just as hard working, diligent and attentive to all of our needs. We couldnâ t have been happier with his job performance, either. We discovered crumbling basement walls behind drywall that their mason expertly rebuilt. He is so nice and did such a wonderful job we look forward to having him back to finish the rest of the basement. The owner is patient and available at all times; always has the time to explain the process, offer advice, and calm you down. He even handles the insurance end to take some of the burden and stress off of the client. The bottom line is they truly care - and it shows. No one wants to be in a situation where your house is literally falling apart around you, and we certainly hope to never have to deal with anything else like this again, but if we do, we will, without hesitation, be calling Property Recovery 911 and be requesting the same crew. Thank you ever so much. You guys were the only bright spot in this nightmare, and we appreciate you more than you can imagine.

Iâ ve used property recovery 911 a few months ago for a mold remediation project. They were knowledgeable, professional and always on time. Unfortunately, a month ago I had a separate issue that came up â Once again, I called Paul, and he got someone over here quickly. I was not surprised that my experience was just as perfect as last time. Leaks are horrible, and stressful, but it is definitely a comfort to have a reliable company like this on the job.

He explains step by step the steps that they would go through to dry out my flooded basement, then he made sure to be there in person as we sorted through and photographed each item that was destroyed. Paul, as well as his entire crew, have been nothing short of amazing. From the moment Paul called me on the phone to confirm my appointment, his genuine concern and compassion about my water heater leak was evident. The very next day he and five of his guys were in my basement working on getting all of the water damaged items out and drying the wood. Paul came to my house within 30 minutes as promised, I was in a panic, I had no idea what to do about the water in my utility room and I was afraid it would flood the entire lower floor. He immediately went to work. I would definitely recommend Paul and his team.

I used Property Recovery 911 for a water emergency at my house and was pleased with how informative the owner was in providing options before starting the work. The workers were clean and friendly and the work was done just as it was told to me in the time frame that was expected. I have since referred them to others because I believe they are the best and most honest business to deal with.

The appointment was made promptly within the desired time-frame. The arrived on time, first took time to thoroughly assess the issue to properly diagnose the root cause, then went into action to resolve the problem. They also clean-up behind themselves.

After I submitted my search through Home Advisor they contacted me promptly. They were very courteous on the phone. They quoted me a price quickly. The next morning the workmen called me to say when they would arrive. They arrived on time and resolved my issue quickly. The workmen (John & Jim) were excellent. They worked fast. They cleaned up after themselves and were very informative and courteous.

I think they went overboard in the removal of sheet rock and trim to dry home out .. my bathroom wasn’t affected by the water .. I explained where the water went and where it stopped ... they still completely tore out the bathroom walls .. I have a lot of work to put my home back together .. I think insurance pays more if you act as if the job was bigger than it was .. but the homeowner is the one that pays for the exaggerated actions .. however the costumer service was excellent! They were polite , helpful and very respectful!

The technician responded quickly to the service call. There's definitely a major difference in the way water drains. He ran the snake from my property line front to back. However, I wish he had addressed the sluggish way water drains from my kitchen sink. Perhaps it's related to my garbage disposal. I do plan to hire again within a few days to address a plumbing problem at my mother's home.

Had a great experience with Property Recovery 911. We had a clogged kitchen sink that was backing up. I thought it was an issue with the garbage disposal, but they quickly diagnosed it as a clog further down the pipe. They were diligent about fully resolving the issue and took great care to make sure I was satisfied with the work. They were very easy to work with and were ~50% cheaper than another quote that I had received. I would definitely call Paul again for future work and would recommend them to others.

I hired this company to clear a clogged main drain. This was accomplished by using the toilet at the basement level of our home. The plumber removed the toilet and capped off the area where the toilet was, but they did not remove the toilet they left it in the bathroom full of fecal remains and debris without once explaining to us what they were going to leave behind. When our restoration team arrived on Saturday morning is when the terrible work was discovered unfortunately they did not have the equipment they needed with them to remove the biohazard left behind by Paul Messa and his associate. That waste sat in my house for 72 hours you can't imagine what my house smells like now after the toilet was removed by the restoration team sent by my insurance company. Next time this company needs to explain their plumbing process better and don't leave your work for someone else to do.
