Courteous. Prompt. and Responsive. He showed up earlier than appointed time. Great value in comparison to comparable carpet cleaning companies. Professional and attentive. He was motivated to ensure my satisfaction. This is what stands out to me.

It never took place. Walter from Live by the Brush called to say that he was located 3 hours from my residence in spite of the fact that he was listed as an A provider in Rehoboth Beach where my home is located. We discussed it and realized that a 6 hour round trip for him did not make sense.

I chose this company because of their reviews and there was a deal. As soon as I paid for my deal on Angie's List, Walter contacted me. He was able to come out the next day! He arrived even a few minutes early and was nothing but professional and nice the entire time. In fact, I don't know if I've ever worked with such a friendly contractor before. He did an awesome job on all of the carpets. I had some tough stains that he worked extra h****** (with no additional cost) and they look great! He seemed very knowledgable about different types of carpets and stains and was willing to educate so I could better understand what he was doing. I highly recommend this company! Thanks for such a job well done!

When the appointment was made he was very professional he explained everything in detail. My mother received a courtesy call the day before to make sure she still wanted the work done he gave her a specific time and he was there five minutes early. He didn't excellent job and was very professional.

I have off white carpet in my bedroom (yeah, I know) with bad high traffic stains (again, I know) and was thinking about replacing it because I tried the take home cleaners and though they cleaned the carpet, you could still see stains where the high traffic area was. I couldn't afford to replace it so I called Live by the brush because their prices were a lot more affordable than the other big name places. I was absolutely AMAZED at how my carpet turned out. It looked like brand new even where the high traffic stains were and the whole room smelled fresh and clean and the carpet dried within a few hours which was good since it was my bedroom and I don't have a spare room to sleep in. The customer service was great and I was able to make an appointment right away. The cleaner that came to my house was so nice. He was very professional and courteous. He explained exactly what the machines did and what he was going to do. The quote he gave me was the exact price I paid and there were no hidden costs involved. I'm going to have them clean my sofa next since they did such a great job on my carpet. I definitely recommend this company. A+++ service.

My appointment was at 10:30 AM and he was there at 10:25 AM. I received a courtesy call an hour before my appointment. It oh took him an hour to clean four carpets. I have one word AWESOME!!!!!!
