Terrible after sale service. I had a few missing cup holders on a new boat. He said he would send out a few to replace... never did. Never returned several phone calls for assistance. I also now have a serious warranty issue and once again he took my phone number, but never returned a call. I am in the process of going directly to the manufacturer for help.
