Description of Work: Cleaned all first floor Oriental Rugs and replaced all pads. It took three weeks, but the job was well done, the new padding solved some problems we had and Mr. Antilian worked with my schedule.

Description of Work: They cleaned a white Morrocan rug which we dropped off before leaving for vacation. They got spots out that the last cleaners said could not come out. The rug looks great, it was ready when we got back from vacation. Will definitely use them again! BTW when I dropped off you can see the room they were cleaning rugs in--very interesting!

Description of Work: My rugs were expertly cleaned at a very reasonable price. I dropped them off which helped keep the price down. They gave me information about my rugs I was not aware of, and were professional and responsive in every way. The only reason I gave them less than 5 stars is that i bought rug pads from them which were flimsier than I had expected, but that's also my fault for not asking to see a sample.

Description of Work: We bought rugs in Morroco and when they came the rugs smelled badly. They did a wonderful job and I will use again when my other rugs need cleaning.

Description of Work: Pick up/return of carpet was on time. Carpet looked great afterward -- and I had a week to really get the floor clean underneath! I used the deal coupon. $200 per carpet (the normal price) seems a bit high but it does seem to be the going rate.
