Overall we had a positive experience with Vaughn and Silver Sound. Vaughn was very good with communication prior to the wedding. He gave us good tips about timing, set up etc but was also open to hearing our requests and wishes. His set ups (ceremony location and ballroom location) were professional and discreet. Vaughn kept people on the dance floor. My only criticism is that he did not play all of the songs on our short list of and quot;must playsand quot; but he did play requests from guests. I would have liked my and quot;must playsand quot; to be exhausted before taking requests from others. A negative/concern of Silver Sound - I noticed they did not include our review on their webpage (possibly because we didn't give it all top scores?). What other reviews are they not including?

we met with shawn and he answered all our questions and concerns. he was there when we need questions answered and he made the welding a huge success! i would recommend them for any occasion

My experience was terrible. Paul never contacted the groom nor the bride and indicated we had not previously spoken. I have a vm messages from Paul, kept as reminders, along with an email. I tried following up with Silver Sounds directly and was told they would not contact the couple to be for the details nor would they handle our wedding. This after Paul provided me with a rate quote on Oct 2. 2006 and indicated that I should wait 1 month to call back to ''lock in''.
