"Customer service was outstanding, Ken did a fantastic job installing a new electric panel. The original panel was wired very sloppy with wires everywhere. KEN relocated the wiring and you can tell by looking at it he did it correctly and looks great.If at anytime I need additional electrical work done there is no question I will call Ken.If you need anything electrical down he is the one to call."

As promised, he and two servicemen arrived at that day along with the said time. They did a good job performing this service in a timely and diligent manner. A very good characteristic whether on the phone or in person he presented himself well with good communication skills at the end of the job it was injected with a little humor. Finally, he answered my questions that erased any second guessing in the future. Most important, I feel safe, MB Electric deserves a AAA+"
