The main problem is the way the company is organized into separate entities. I had a water heater issue that I guessed was electrical in nature, as the front monitor did not work and the water was not heating. An electrical person was sent and fixed burned out wires by sniping off the burned wire, splicing the wire, and capping them together. $152 plus tip and everything seemed okay. In the meantime under the guise of the plumbing people being slow that day, he asked if I had ever drained the heater. I said no and he said the plumbing division would come do that for free. (really it was an attempt to get me to buy a $4,000+ water filter system as it turned out.) When draining the water the plumber asked me how long ago the heater had been repaired as the water in the bottom of the tank was not heating. I told him about 4 hours. He checked the lower heating element, which was fine, but found the thermometer was not working. Upon a call to the water heater manufacturer, Rheem, he was told that that model water heater was defective and needed to be returned for credit, not fixed. Thus, I was out $152 for repairs that should have not been done. I purchased a new water heater and was told by this company that it would be $590 to install if I wanted them to do it. (More than the cost of the water heater I might add.) In discussing this with the first person, the electrician, he said that he was not trained to check the thermostat or anything inside the water heater--even if it is electrical! I would have been much better off by initially being served by the plumber in this case. Instead, due to the compartmentalization of the company, I am out $152.

Expensive but thorough. Explained all three options. Took less than an hour. Pleasant and professional.

Chris and Matt were very professional and courteous. They found the problem was a crack in the water heater and gave four options for replacement. I picked one and they replaced the heater within four hours.

While the workmanship and service was professional, they were grossly overpriced. Over $500 to install 2 sump pumps. The price was going to be over $600 until I questioned it.

High priced vs others. Did not explain their drain cleaning was not guaranteed. We had the same line backup 2 days after they were out to fix when we ran the clothes washer. Then they wanted $700 on top of the original $337 fee. Won't use again.

I had to have them come and do 1 1/2 hour work to take out toilets and disconnect washer/dryer units in the am and return later to reinstall for new flooring. I could not get a price from them and was told if I did not like the price they gave me I could not hire them (which was my first inkling that they would be on the expensive side) They first tried to sell me $7,000.00 worth of plumbing and then when I told them I just wanted the disconnect/ reconnect, the charged me over $1,300.00 for 3 hours worth of work with no parts required except 3 wax seals which equates to approx. $400.00 per Hour. Had no choice by that time but to pay the ransom that they required or have no flooring but will never hire them again for any work. the only pleasant thing that I can say was that both installers were pleasant.
