Very happy with Shamrock. They did everything they promised to do, and worked very hard to make sure the project was done correctly, on time, and in consideration of neighbors, noise, etc. Juan is perhaps one of the most dedicated and sincere project managers I've ever met. This job took longer and was more difficult than anyone anticipated, yet Juan and his crew took it in stride, stayed very late until it was done, and followed up with me frequently. I can genuinely recommend Shamrock and Juan in particular, and I will definitely contact them for my next project.

Not only did they explain the work in detail to ensure I was comfortable with the fixes they recommended I hired them for an additional project afterwards. This project was specifically for our chimney in need of repair. Not only were they able to quote us for about $6,000 than another company, they were able to complete the project in just a couple of hours the same day as the estimate. Jim was incredibly helpful and did a great job.

Only 3 stars because I have no basis for comparison - never used a chimney cleaning service before but these guys were professional, courteous, clean and very informative as to what they did and what they advised for future preventive maintenance. When/if I move forward with their recommendations I will not shop elsewhere - they will be my direct call. Recommended to my neighbors as well - all of whom have same issues likely.
