John's Hardwood flooring were very easy to work with. John was available to speak and answer any questions at all times. His team arrived on time., if not they were early and were polite and very knowledgable. They just completed my floors and they look great. They were competively priced and I would 100% recommend them to others.

John and his crew did an amazing job and worked with us to allow for timely completion. John was easy to talk to and he always made himself available. We needed to move in within 4 days and therefore used water-based polish which dries faster and it came out beautiful! Moses worked hard and stayed long hours to complete the job. the end result is beautiful and has no bubbles or dust stuck in the top coat. i would highly recommend this company and would use them again in the future.

Workers came and did no prep work. None of my belongings were covered or secured other than my attempts to protect them. Its been over a month and I'm still cleaning up. Using a shop vac quickly does not prep the floor for finish. A professional (at another location I refinished) used a special tack cloths to collect the dust. Splintered areas of wood were not fixed or filled. Bubbles everywhere after poly coat started curing, called and scheduled followup - waited all day no call no show for appointment. NOT RECOMMENDED!

Everyone was very professional, prompt, and thorough. My oak floors look gorgeous.

I highly recommend this company! They turned my 30 year old dull, water stained, overly waxed hardwood floors into something that could be in "House Beautiful". They were professional throughout the process, Moved all my furniture out with care and all and all I could not be happier with my 'new floors'. Besides that the price was very reasonable for the large area they did.

Great Job

Unfortunately I did not have the same experience with John as many others have had. A portion of my floors have swirl patterns in the wood that appeared after sanding and staining because of a previous sanding job and John's crew stained and finished right over them saying nothing could be done when all they had to do was sand more. In addition to that I was told 4 days and it took 8 to get my house back. Also had a banister built, they overcharged me and didn't mount it flush to the wall so you see a gap and the screws holding it in place. Crew was nice but got the run around from John and he would not come and inspect the work when asked.

Very pleased with the outcome of my floors. They were in terrible shape and now look brand new. Would highly recommend this professional.
