James was a little late, but I was pleased that he showed up. He addressed the problem with my drawer dishwasher and it seems that it was just a small problem that he fixed. He was very friendly and courteous. I would definitely use him again.

Refrigerator was leaking. James told me off the bat that it was a minor problem. Within 30 minutes the job was done. The bill was quite reasonable in my opinion. Will tell my friends in a minute.

(the refrigerator was not repairable) when he tried to fix the refrigerator he cross wires and fuse kept going out, after he left.

Quick & courteous response. Dryer simply stopped workiing and James was there within 2 hours. Took him about 15 minutes to diagnose the dial was cracked - returned next day. In hondsight, I should have been able to figure it out myself, but that's not his fault. I called, James came and fixed it and I paid total of $85 + part costs.
