Bear Services confirmed my request for an appointment quickly and were very accommodating to my schedule. The technician called prior to arriving within the two hour appointment window. Ben was very courteous and professional and above all honest. I would recommend Bear Service to all of my friends and family.

Bear Services returned my call immediately & was able to have a technician come to diagnose the issues with my dryer & order parts to fix the problem within a few days. The technician was friendly, knowledgeable & upfront about all costs. I would recommend & definitely use Bear again.

Ben was timely, polite and professional. My refrigerator was basically economically beyond repair as it was very old. He did not try to talk me into an expensive repair and I appreciate that. I would not hesitate to call them for future needs.

Technician was very polite. Called prior to arrival to provide an ETA. He diagnosed the problem and gave us an estimate for repair and a recommendation. In our case the age of the appliance and cost of repair pointed to a replacement. I appreciated his honesty and assessment. Very pleased with this experience!
