Misidentified the problem as a bad belt. Wash actually clogged water intake filters caused by well water contamination. Fixed problem myself when I realized my clogged shower heads and faucets was causing the washer sensor to not initiate the wash cycle. I did not mentioned my clogged faucets and shower heads to the technician but the troubleshooting guide said to check hoses and filters.

The bill was very high for the work done.

The technician is nice and polite, but technical skill not as his manner. He told us that a part needs to be replaced. Once the part was taken away, no calling back forever, 2 months passed, I called the customer service every week, and was told that the lead tech would call me back. But no response at all. The worst service experience!!! do not know why there is so many good reviews!!!

James had the problem solved and was gone within an hour. Likable, efficient and professional.

Service man was honest, gave me a recommendation but was not pushy.

Note...after posting my revised review, I received a call from the company and was YELLED AT for leaving the review, and being told, "yes we will charge you, that's how we roll". Avoid. Turns out they only guarantee their "diagnosis" and work for 30 days. Six weeks later our refrigerator now has the exact same problem, and I'm told I'll have to pay a service charge for the call-back. Suggest finding a company that stands behind their work longer.

Nice people and quick to respond and get onsite. However this project did not go so well. On first visit they replaced the ice machine motor. Fixed the problem but it stopped working after 2 weeks. Came back and said they needed to fix something else but would cost double the original amount paid. This was frustrating.

June 5th~They came out to look at my dish washer.The guy was soooo nice! He told me i needed a part and we would have it 4-5 business days. I waited 2 weeks and texted .The part was backordered and it would be a week more.~ I asked to be kept in the loop. I was told NO that they were busy and just back from vacation I need to check back July 3rd ~ they come to fix the dishwasher BUT he can not find the part in his vehicle. July 5th ~ they put the new part in and the dishwasher was still broke. Apparently they misdiagnosed and there was another issue. I was told I wold be refunded for part July 5th to August 15th I had to call every few weeks to beg for my refund. It was finally received at the end of August. I am disappointed and confused. They have gotten consistent good reviews~why was I treated with such poor customer service.The reviews talk about Ben. I never came in contact with Ben.

I didn’t have the repairs done because of my budget but I appreciated Ben’s honesty about the repairs needed and would call them for future repairs needed.

Timely

Very prompt and efficient. I needed a part and the technician had to leave for another job. Instead of coming back the next day he picked up the part needed after he finished the other job, came back to my home and replaced it. Great customer service on their part!

Hired them to work on mom’s old range. I don’t live in this state anymore, so I was happy to find a pro who showed up on time and was willing to work on a 15 year old appliance. Thanks, Ben!

Electrolux washer repair under warranty. Lenny arrived early (after alerting us that he was ahead of schedule), went right to work diagnosing the problem and removing washer panels. His analysis was impressive as was his technical skill. We were very impressed with him and with the company's communications/scheduling.

Showed up early. Fixed the problem in 10 minutes. Couldnt ask for anything more. Great job.

They were very prompt to respond. Quick to make an initial diagnosis but then needed time to get part to address initial problem. At time of initial diagnosis alerted that there could be underlying issues. Once initial repair completed other problems still existed. We opted to replace refrigerator rather than spend more to repair.

Our dryer stopped working and due to an emergency at home we requested them to come ahead of schedule which they honored. The technician called thirty minutes prior to arrival. A part was needed which he picked up from a nearby store and installed it promptly. The charge was reasonable and the technician was professional and courteous. Would definitely recommend them and I would use them in the future.

James was great at communicating and confirming our appointment. He was also very honest in his assessment of our washer repair (Samsung top load about 5 years old) and we ended up deciding not to put $300 into a machine that was troublesome and purchased a new machine. We would hire James again if we needed to have other appliances repaired.
