About us
We treat our customers with the utmost care and respect. You're not just another number to us, but a valuable asset that we cherish. A lot of dealers will tell you what you want to hear just to check-off a sale, but we want to give you the most complete and correct information to assist you in making an informed decision on a vehicle that you can afford. We'll make any reasonable effort we can to ensure you go home with the vehicle you want at a payment that fits your budget. We have a vast array of genuine OEM factory parts and accessories on-premises, as well as (2) full-service areas to address both domestic & import vehicles. Because of this, there's a high chance we won't need to order anything (or pass the cost of doing so along to you.) We have a drive-thru Express Lane service where you pull-up and the door automatically opens, leading you into our service area to drop off your vehicle and get your maintenance done while you wait in our lounge (complete with big screen TV and refreshments.) We also have a shuttle service available that can drop you off or pick you up at work.

When I arrived, I was told that a hitch was suddenly available and that my car was currently being worked on. Since it was outside in the lot, I decided to show the person where my car was and he assured me that they were getting to it next. Within a few hours, I had the hitch installed.
I clearly have an issue trusting the responses I get from the service team. I rated them a C for punctuality because once I was there in person, things got done.
Then, our sale of the Hyundai fell through and we wanted to speak with them about putting a deposit down, etc., and I spoke with Hillary, Caitlin's manager who said, and quot;why not at least let us see what we'll do for a trade inand quot;. I was not optimistic...it was only 23 months old but almost 50K miles. They gave us a decent price for the trade...I would have liked $500 more but in the end, we got a GREAT deal on the buy side so I really couldn't complain.
When we went in to inspect the car, dive it to make sure it wasn't a lemon etc. we were assigned to Justin Heck on the sales floor. What a genuinely nice and personable guy. He was knowledgeable, friendly, efficient and just all around good to deal with. He even went out of his way to personally remove the puffy dealer emblem on the trunk which we had asked to have removed at time of sale since detail failed to do so.
Speaking of detail department...quite frankly that's why they got a B for Punctuality. We agreed to pick up the car at 5pm. We got there at 5:10 and the car had not even been started to be detailed when Justin had asked for it to be done by 3pm. We had done all the paperwork and had to wait for the final detail to be complete which was truly annoying since they had two days to get the detail completed.
Finance department and signing the papers went quickly since we had done financing paperwork with our credit union outside of the office. We got the maximum care extended lifetime warranty (unlimited miles and years) which is great coverage but I suggest doing your research before going in. They charged us $2,995 + tax for the warranty. Thank goodness we could cancel it as I found an online Chrysler dealer the next day and paid only $2,245 with no tax for the same coverage. I'm sure they would have matched it but would have had to pay tax. So do your warranty shopping elsewhere.
Can't wait to take it back fro service (first oil change is free) and they have a 4 oil change for $70 special which is amazing pricing...plus you don't have to schedule an appointment, just show up for the oil change and they promise to have you out within 30 minutes! Oh and I did purchase through them the Mopar car package (good at any US Chrysler dealer) which gives me 3 oil changes/year and 2 tire rotations a year for 6 years for only $245+tax. That's less than $15 an oil change with essentially free tire rotation.. now that's a deal!
UPDATE: I thought the MOPAR car package was a deal. What they failed to disclose was that it covers up to $20 per oil change and up to $10 per tire rotation. As a result I dinged professionalism from an A to a B because service failed to disclose this. They sold it as get 18 oil changes and 12 tire rotations and never mentioned the $ cap per each service. So an and quot;Aand quot; for professionalism in Sales...a and quot;Dand quot; for service due to the lack of disclosure.
So next to the VW dealer was the fiat one, part of the same group, and since we'd both had our eye on the fiats I wandered in. I wanted one, he wanted one, we had two cars we were looking to replace.
to make a long story short, we bought two. One that day, after stopping in to also see what the Mini coopers were like to compare them, and came back and bought the fiat 500,and committed to the 500L which were imminent.
Edgar and Alfie were awesome, and made us feel like family. They weren't snotty or rotten, the perfect sales guys, because they made us like them (yes, I know, they're sales guys) but they are good at what they do and seem genuine. They new the products, knew the cars, and were honest about the situation with the 500Ls as we were all awaiting with baited breath for them to come in.
When they did they called -- actually, they called as the truck pulled in.
They are great at following up, emails, phone calls, and keeping us posted, and very friendly. And the cars are great, too!! They were as excited about the cars as we were!
