Yes ,good service ,my nails always look perfect.

The atmosphere of this salon/spa is beautiful and relaxing. However, my opinion of them is bad because I brought in a detailed picture, front and back of the cut I wanted, nothing too difficult . I was told I could have that cut. I did not get that cut. My stylist told me it was the same style, it's not, I wasn't going to argue. I think that if you can't do the cut, just say so. I then have the option to go to someone who can. Luckily (or not because I paid for an inferior cut), my hair is long enough still where I can take the picture somewhere else (pay again) and have them refine the cut. It wouldn't take much, but I wouldn't go back to a salon to fix a cut that they could not do in the first place as I have no confidence in them.

Very well! However, it really depends on whom you see. Beth is wonderful and so is Laurie. Others are not a great and you leave feeling rushed.

I had my hair cut/colored with Dina. She was wonderful and did a great job, I just felt that it was quite pricey. I'm used to paying around $80 for my hair but recently moved to the area so I wasn't sure where to go. I would go back but just stretch out my colorings a little longer instead of going every 8 weeks because of the price.

Beth is AMAZING! I have had waxing done @ several different facilities over the years and shes the best!

The spa lets you schedule appts online which is so convenient.

My only complaint is that they have an email on their website but they do not reply to it.

They are very professional. I have always loved the service that I have had done there. I had no problems. I would use them in the future.

The experience was good. I got in fairly quickly, price was reasonable and they were good. I would like to go back for a facial.

A beautiful facility, I arrived on time and only had to wait a minute before my hairdresser arrived. One of the "less experienced" staff (Kelly, with 4 years at the salon) did my hair, and was wonderful. She listened to what I wanted, made sure the highlights were not too dramatic and did a great cut that I can even style myself. A wonderful, relaxing experience, I think I've found my new place for cuts.

As always, my experience at the salon was great. My regular hairdresser, Lana, was not available on my day off, so I booked my cut/color with Missy. She filled in for Lana during the past, so hed met her previously. She did a very good job cutting my hair and the color was perfect.
